Yes, the pharmaceutical company killed her father, so this company made them pay.  I didn't bring him back, but at least I wish his death had been sentenced to neglect. He would have been glad to have had something.   The process took a while, but another company said it could not be worth waiting.

Very slow or do not reply to email or voice mail.  a disappointing grade I tried to get

A potential class action case for analyzing and sharing feedback about Nicole D-S.PI.  Two weeks later, the actual answer was yes/no.  Michael did not reply to emails or voice mail, and seemed to shut down the phone from the administrator.  Five days ago, Nicole and Michael were sent the last email, and they didn't receive any answers to my questions.  

If you need a service, respect, appropriate response time, or answer questions to go elsewhere!

Michael S I have never responded to my inquiry or to two answering machines (even those that remain before the second lawyer gets to check my inquiry).  

Furthermore, my lawyer could not answer any questions in email at 2/20/2014.  I didn't have any answers to my questions, and after more than five days, I posted the original part of this review to Yelp.  

I just heard that you are not interested in interrogation.

Dear readers, please remember that the two-week leaf effort was considered and more than 250 reported serious health problems (many do not report themselves)  And the manufacturer actually remembered the product.

Stefan, I don't know how the company got to your characterization of my inquiries saying "Reply soon".  It didn't happen here.  

You should avoid the expectation of response time (5 days or more, no response) and the process used to assess possible cases (e.g., do not present a response, review whether the query is accepted or required in two weeks), especially the time to prevent the suffering of the victim.
