Andrew Sachs is the best real estate lawyer in San Francisco. It is generally accepted. He is an ethical person who, based on the complexity of the case, fairly charges for the work assigned to partners and colleagues in the company. His work is clear, systematic, and thorough. He was skillful in using the law, left a record of success, feared by the enemy, and very impressive. When he comes to your side, you obey the law.

Andrew Sachs and his team are great. At the beginning of the year

2012, I tried to sell the apartment I had in San Francisco, but suddenly I decided that my "co-worker" tenant would be difficult.  The tenant made many claims about the illegality of my eviction and showed that she could convince her to move in the right amount.

Then I met Andrew.  He and I decided to take action, and in accordance with that, the tenant left in favorable terms within sixty days.  Andrew and his team looked forward to every point, and through that process I set foot on the ground and had confidence.

I thought I would hire Andrew Zack and at his high rate lead me to the goal of getting my unjust, unethical tenants out of my home. However, 5 months and  After 600 dollars, he ran out of my retainers when I questioned his way of billing and all the strategies he recommended.  He doesn't give any definite results or pros and cons  of his proposed actions.  His no use  Action only weakened my case and made my tenant stronger.  He charged me with my crime  as he told me that  If the wrong information is a tenancy law, I will be charged again in the following cases  He corrected his mistake. There are many examples of his unjust charges (for example,  Just $90  Forward articles. His office had no knowledge of my case at all, and it seems that there was a lot of conflicting information passed from the staff to me.  Once   I inquired, without question, of the crime or of the omission which I had flown to.  He spent time explaining to me and said that he was just not my representative. He gave me $1,500 when I told him I would sue  Get out of the place I didn't accept  It is a very disturbing experience that I have to keep looking at the lawyer who is supposed to protect my interests. instead  He took the money that I didn't have  And all my claims in this review that have dropped my case without shame when all the money is gone are documented and supported.  I wish I had given him a negative star.

I have lived in real estate for nearly 40 years since I came of age.  Experience has taught me to do my best in the event that I am not involved in legal trouble and cannot be forced to employ the best real estate lawyer.  A few years ago, I couldn't avoid a legal struggle with the greedy heirs of my lost partner.  Many of my life's work was on the verge of crisis, so I asked my business colleagues to be the best real estate lawyer in the city.  I was called Andrew Sachs in Russville, downtown.  I told him my story, but he agreed to deal with the case.  He brought a young attendant named Ryan Patterson.  Ryan and I worked on this problem for nearly two and a half years, and recently we came to a very satisfactory conclusion.  I knew that Ryan had many other incidents, but I always felt he was getting all his attention.  He is very intelligent and knows how to keep calm.  It was of great use to me to have such a competent and careful lawyer  I've been employing quite a few lawyers for years. Andrew Sachs and Scott Friedman succeeded in canceling the sale of defective houses that the seller could not disclose intentionally and unlawfully.

After six months in the house, I began to experience serious water intrusion on the ground.  At first, I consulted Andrew to help solve the problem, and I hired the best engineers to plan a repair, and I confirmed that Sellers has fully refunded us.  But when I tried to fix it, I found it was not a simple repair.  It also emerged that sellers knew these issues before they sold their homes and were deliberately hiding them.

Andrew and Scott are highly acclaimed lawyers who gathered the best technicians in San Francisco to understand the scope of the problem.  In the end, experts were said to make a repair plan, but it was expensive, time-consuming, and technically difficult.  During the arbitration, the seller's experts argued that repairs are easy, quick and inexpensive.  But Sachs & amp; This led Friedman to build an excellent team of long-standing experience in San Francisco, which increased the credibility of our friends and led to a win of cancelation.

Andrew and Scott, betraying our expectations, said that the case of cancelation was unlikely.  But when we said that they were the only choice, they fought their hearts and their souls.  It is his quick strategic thinking that Andrew becomes a great lawyer.  Apart from whether he intercepts witnesses or responds to new developments, he always incorporates new information and reviews the best course of action.  

I strongly believe that the sound that we use to win this case is the sound that Andrew and Scott, in a realistic and rational way, decided through arbitration.  They never did cheap tricks, not exaggerations or insults.  They go on a high road.  They are gentlemen.  Their morality is unshaken.  The award they have sought from the arbitrator is valid and fair and not in the sky.  Not only did he win the cancelation, but he also gave us all the money that the arbitrator wanted.  Zac & Amplifier; Friedman is the best real estate law firm in California.
