I'm writing about the incident at Mitani Yuji's law office in 2008-2010, so please take this up with a piece of salt.
I was introduced to this company for the incident I was involved in. (I don't want to specify for privacy.) The incident was caused by Carol Chin, and I explained to me what she should do and what needs to be used as evidence, and I signed off and went out of there.
Until today, I don't know if Chen is another lawyer working at Mitani's office or an American. My first mistake! Statebar says Chen's license is invalid until 2004.
But a few years later, Carol let me know that I will win and she will benefit me. She said she would send me the necessary documents, sign them up and send them back. (not available). I offered to go to the office, but she said, "That's not necessary."
I have been trying to get in touch with you for more than six months. Her receptionist says she's out and leaves a message. When I learned that I didn't have a license, I immediately called the office, and if I didn't contact the reception, I brought a lawsuit, called a state lawyer, and said what to guess. After that day, she called me and I received a profit a week later and it was lower than I expected.
Mitani and Chen may be different lawyers, but I do not recommend Chin at all! She may finish her job, but she will want the customer to forget the money and take it in her own hands!
