Several years ago, I was introduced to this man by the science fiction bar. It seems to be appropriate for the employment law. Now he proved to be a waste of MUNI fare.
I came to see him about a particular problem. The evidence and facts of the case which I heard from my lawyer would have been almost "slam dunk" if I were a competent agent. This gentleman had a good office overlooking Union Square, and seemed a little more conscious of the California laws his former employer had committed (more than other Justice Ministries).
However, if you answer "Let us carry out the state plan" and fail to resolve, you will be contacted. He represented 33%, just sending a letter of demand was 25%!
DLSE is a malicious and incompetent government agency that is hard to believe it plays a major role in solving the worst of employee crime. So when they finally made a decision, I contacted Mr. Sogen's office several times to take the next step, but he didn't answer my phone. At first I had to tell you a little bit about the break, but it's hard to believe that his services disappeared at the point of need. Perhaps if he runs a store, he may be happy.
My claim is that he must bring the referral money from the bar to earn money for entertainment and pocket money. I wish I could go back $25 and waste more time than waste time on his bad advice. And in my case, I spent for prescription.

I received a bill from my credit card, so they tried to charge me twice. One time it was $150 and the second time it was $125. It's an incredible place
