Through the union, we were able to receive free legal consultation on the issues we had about the reform project. Halverson & I received advice from. I was able to negotiate a very satisfactory solution to my problem.

To my horror, the lawyer in our case seems to have burned half of his retainers, without meeting his lawyer

Terrible. The lawyer was very rude to call. I went to the free consultation in a minute and hung up. Not recommended.

I rented an apartment in Phil Halberson, and in my experience he is very dishonest. The rental market in the Bay Area is very narrow, so many people may have no choice but to rent it from him. So if you are stuck in this situation, please give me advice.

When you first move, take as many photos as you can to see if you can prove the date the photos were taken. Don't be fooled by the check form he fills out and will sign you when you move. He conveniently forgets after promising to send you a copy of the document. When he moves, he blames him for breaking the room and depositing his savings, and he forgets his deposit.

She also deposits her pet and insists that it is the "pet bill." As the people involved in the Real Estate Act know, under California law, there is no "pet rent." Except for the application fee, it is deemed to be part of the deposit and must be refunded.

I am sorry that I was a reliable and respectable tenant who tried to cheat me out of my security. If possible, avoid borrowing from Phil Halberson. But if there is no other way, I can at least be more prepared than I am.

In the end, they may help, but if my experience is typical, I will be charged many things that I did not ask before and later did not discuss without knowing, and if there is any question about cost reduction, I will always answer "I must do it." Simple actions move forward.  They didn't talk to me for six weeks until the next bill arrived, and the bill contained an unexpected one worth $10,000, and we had little discussion.  When I asked, "I did everything I absolutely needed, so I did it," I was refused to apologize to tell them what I was doing for six weeks.  Before I stopped, they turned the crank and wanted to borrow just enough.

Work harder, get a strong introduction from a friend, call another lawyer, A) Most of what Harbasson did is unnecessary, B)- Four months in one operation  Until now, I think the lawyer charged Harverson for about $2,000, which he had discussed in advance, at the same price he charged $10,000.

As a disclaimer, the distance between these people can be different.  I have no reason to know that they treat all their customers this way. Also, since I do this from my memory, the numbers above are rough, as I remember, but maybe a bit off.  However, I fully support the general statements I have made regarding my treatment of Harbson.

I should have read Yelp before I hired Phil Huberson. He has not received a good reputation.
He is a terrible person. I did nothing when I was looking for another lawyer now.  Apart from that, I'm fighting with a broker selling my property, so when I called from that broker I was charged.  All the documents he sent to Harbson were charged and he reexamined them, but nothing has been resolved. The worst thing was that he gave me an internship. She continued to tell me that I would become emotional!  Of course I was so emotional that I hired Halverson and Associates.   If you need a lawyer, call a good lawyer! !!!!!

Where do we start? Phil Halberson told me that if I didn't have any friends or relatives, I should represent myself. Otherwise, it's basically a terrible thing.

An Eastern Bay real estate broker (EBREB) threatened to sue for breach of contract. Obviously, I could no longer trust him in the listing agreement to deceive him, so I looked for another broker. EBREB generally agreed that it would not be possible to win a malicious listing contract.

After several petitions to allow false listing, EBREB brought it to the Board of Ethics of the Board of Directors, which was a member of the Board of Ethics, and continued insisting that no agreement would be made. He had written falsely over a year of his intended time.

I went first and went home with a trustworthy broker.

That's what's impossible. EBREB sued for $20,000.

The Board of Directors of the Real Estate Corporation dropped out as soon as a lawsuit arose.

Generally, no one will risk paying $300 an hour if they are unlikely to win. But in this case, the unethical EBREB has a brother of an unethical lawyer.

In this situation, there is little chance of money being exchanged, but I was put in a position to think that I must hire a lawyer at an extraordinary cost per hour.

I asked for a lawyer. No local lawyer receives my suit. EBREB seems to have filed a lawsuit.  I found Phil Halberson, who had been interviewed several times, and hired him on behalf of me.

Phil accepted him as a lawyer and lawyer, and after accepting a great vassal, advised that the best strategy would be to counter the attack. I slept that night, and slept peacefully for months.

I didn't know that this was the beginning of a costly journey nowhere.

I provided various information to the Halverson team as I wanted in the court. He was dragged from Harverson's crowd and received a $1,200 bill from $900 a month.

When I called Phil regularly, he was the most important person at first, but later he seemed to be suffering from the facts of the incident

I was also so bold that I didn't pay.

One time, I thought it was completely untrue that my spouse told me that they had consulted with the lawyer of the person behind me.

I finally woke up and suspected that Phil Halberson was exploiting me, and in fact my brother was a worse parasite than my brother would protect me in his original case.

I called him up and said that we must settle the matter immediately. He replied that I should get advice and settle with the EBREB team.

He told me such a foolish thing, but I can't afford to pay any more and negotiate reconciliation with his original retainer. The problem is solved, but until now, I have never received documents on the distribution of funds, and I'm not surprised that Harverson has at least some of his own help.

Total cost: about $20,000

For me, Phil Halberson is particularly concerned that he is one of the schools of the University of San Francisco (USF), a law school of the Society of Jesus, which is ethical and moral in the curriculum.

On September 9, 2008, I contacted Phil Halverson regarding the question of the housing listing agreement.  (Don't read Brad C's review first.)  I had the same experience.  His attitude is more or less, "You are a fool, you are drunk and you are rewarded for what will happen.  Read the contract and read what is your duty to protect."  All I asked was advice.  He asked me to email my listing contract and he said he would look it up.

I contacted the office today (24 hours later) and the assistant rang the sneakers.  His answer is, "Oh, I'll take your papers and review them."  I asked when he would come back with me. Will it be sometime this week? I was told that Harverson would come back when he came back to me. After

1 hours, I logged into Yelp and called Halverson and decided not to me. I answered the girl in reply and asked her to cancel my case if she had done nothing.  He hung up saying "K".

My first impression is long. And the fact that my first impression of a lawyer is not on my side is a really bad sign.

I am now looking for a lawyer named Peter Landez - he answered the phone.  I really felt that comfortable.  The first impression is fine, but of course at this point the bar has gone down a little...

This man is a terrible lawyer, not only does he look quite absurd, but he may be the worst landlord. PHIL HALVERSON! !!

If you want to avoid the hassle of life beyond 21 days to borrow my deposit with my deposit, don't associate with this man.

We recommend Halverson and Associates. It took me 15 minutes to get ~  Phil helps me. And the next day I received the letter. Quick service, great attitude! Follow up to ensure that you are satisfied with the service.

He is selfish and hasty. Call for 10 minutes for legal advice. We were said to be drunk (his exact words). Think of the loss as a lesson and proceed...I'm glad I didn't have a real estate owner who was going to have a miscarriage because I said "only $2,400.00." Thank you very much. It was much better for me to use my time when I called Attorney Boris.

A terrible experience and a total waste of money - I learned a lesson. I had to manage him and his assistant to receive two letters to send to the real-time and developer. After all, only letters from the lawyer were sent, but it cost a lot of money. I wanted to see Yelp before I met him. I think Phil spends more time at the bar than at work.
