This is an absolute genius!  I have been lucky recently, Youth was represented in the case of personal injury of the car.

I would like to say that Eustus is a wonderful, thoughtful, passionate, very organized person.  My case was brought to a jury trial.

The trial itself was the 11th day of my life's most stressful days.  

Throughout the first step of the road, I had a youth!  I was so nervous that he took up that energy and gained confidence.

He is very good.   Eustas really cared about me and what I was doing.  I always check with you to answer the questions I have every day and make sure I understand everything.  I could not hope any more.  

The jury deliberated for three days and ruled in our favor!  It was more fruitful than I had imagined.  In my case I could not prove it easily, but we did, and I was to Mr. Chantel Fitting and Mr. de San Faru...  If you are lucky to work with either of them, be sure they are the best in their field.

In 2008, at the age of 36, I was injured in a life-changing car accident. There is no natural end to the loss of income and medical expenses resulting from injury.

Eustace de Saint Phalle has been leading my case as Ben Farr's lawyer since 2011.

2014 was 42 years old in 2012, but the original 35% was lower than what Eustas de San Ferr showed me in 2012, the lowest settlement he personally saw in an incident like me.

Now I am injured and have lost my six-year income and medical expenses. I think that the net settlement I received was the direct result of a lawyer who ignored my interests, caused a lawsuit for relatively trivial reasons, and ignored my interests.

I think. I neglected my attention and my family needed, and I and my family didn't receive the due.

My case has been prolonged for several years, lost important value, and my spouse and & I have been financially distressed because of the continued decline in income and income.

The timeline of events that took place three years after the injury is the trial date of October 2011. Despite tens of thousands of dollars in preparation, the trial was postponed to July b/c, 2012, and the lawyer's mother was sick.

2. July 2012 Trial Date: The cost of preparing the trial is tens of thousands of dollars. The trial period will be postponed in July 2013 four days before the trial begins. When I insisted on asking why, a lawyer replied that he thought it would be in our interests to bring the case to justice for reasons including time lag from recent vacations in Europe.

3. August 2012 Arbitration Proposal: The defense will offer binding arbitration. I'm told by Eustas that our case is more likely to succeed if we go to trial. So we wait for the trial.

4.2012 Autumn Trial: In July 2012, Eustace said that if my trial was postponed (if it happened), my trial would move in the fall of 2012 only two months later. Eustace kept his promise and never took part in the trial in the fall of 2012.

5. July 2013 Trial: Eustace will call you three months before the trial. I tell him that I am pregnant and feel a lot of pain when I lose my health insurance. During the trial in July 2013, Eustace THEN says the trial was postponed in April 2014, instead of taking a month's vacation in Europe. He says it is not his fault that our lawyer chose a "bad date in court". This date was decided eight months ago. Youth could reschedule my trial if the date was "bad". He said that there are many cases where the dates of the trials are not properly maintained.

Eustace postponed the trial for nine months in a row (and therefore, compensation for injury), causing me insomnia for days after the phone call, and then I kill it. We lose our baby girl.

6. November 2013: Eustace contacted me (7 months later) and said that my case lost its value, and now I should decide more than one-third of my initial value!  He says my case lost value for the following reasons. The Health Care Assessment Law was changed shortly after the trial was not held in 2012. I had not yet undergone surgery by a surgeon. Recent arguments are: The interview with Obama Kare.

Eustace did not tell me that my case lost value in the 2012 amendment. In a timely manner, the arbitration proposal proposed in 2012 may end soon!

Eustace has lost many more expensive settlement opportunities, such as taking a vacation, taking a vacation, taking another vacation, and canceling a promised trial. My court costs exceeded six digits and eventually were paid from my settlement.

Eustus replied that he would get nothing without my complaint.

My family suffered when Eustace de Sant Phalle succeeded a few years earlier. As a result, both my future and my family's future are fading.

Eustas is a true expert and simply the best lawyer. To put it briefly, my wife was in a car accident and her neck pain was terrible. She saw the doctor and went to the doctor for a test, but no one seemed to get an answer. After a year or so, I suggested that she go in search of a lawyer. After learning about the problem of dry rot in the new deck and family room, my wife and I contacted Eustas.  A flash of light flashed on the deck, water leaked out to the wall, and the works which caused the dry decay had been carried out.  After all, I had to destroy the deck and the family room and start over.  Eustace was great throughout the process and was always very sensitive when asked.  He was also very familiar with the technical details of our case.  I always recommend him to other people.
