The Bolnstein method is highly recommended.

It is very difficult to deal with tenant conditions. My wife and I were new landlords, and we were very stressed about what we should do about our inhabitants, especially what difficult legal process we would take in San Francisco. Attracted to the people of hell, paid unpaid rent, very unfaithful. We were actually a little afraid of him. Honestly, I don't know what I did if I couldn't find Daniel. Daniel guided us through this complicated process, so very patient and reassuring. I hate to break it up with you, but if you are a science fiction authority, there are few lawyers representing you, and if so, they don't have the time to rush and reinvestigate your case. The law supports even borrowers who are clearly ill-treating you. Instead of wasting time and money on trial, you will be told to give to the first born. It doesn't matter. Daniel is a real estate owner lawyer for science fiction. He does a great job to help my TIC partner, and I do a complex eviction to find the cause using very unusual situations or very combative tenants. Daniel's expertise was a very calm, faced with a lot of terrible uncertainties. First, let me say that I would do so if I had a way to keep the Bolnstein method in a zero-star review. When they had to help with the nightmare, they were almost completely out of communication, incredibly patronizing, 1 Without worrying about Iota, ignoring $400 an hour and abuse. Earlier this year, I allowed two "friends" to stay together. They were depressed at a tough time. A few months later, when they asked them to go out, they refused, attacked me at home, threatened me with firearms, and drove me out claiming the rights of the tenant. Certainly, if they were in my place for 30 days, if they didn't want to leave, I knew they had to be evicted. I could not return because I was threatened by a firearm. After all, they changed the keys and couldn't change them.

Needless to say, it turned into a nightmare about crime, citizens, and the problem of a tenant. When I wrote this sentence, I lived on my friend's couch, left home, and spent four months waiting for the eviction to finish. It's still going for a month, who knows what...

The Bornstein method was adopted. Unlike other companies, the Bolnstein law does not provide free consultation. The 30-minute advance charge for consultation was $200. OK, I thought they were good, busy, they don't have to spend their time. Okay. I paid the money. A few days later, I called Daniel Bornstein. He spent just 12 minutes with me and told me. Yes, he'll deal with the incident and start sending a $4,000 retainer. Two hundred dollars, please. I asked many times, but I was a little too late to get any information from Mr. Bolnstein about what to expect. He seemed to be in a hurry to hang up. It should have stuck in my head. But I wanted to move, and I thought this man wasn't pointless, and I thought he was a man who would do things. Let's try again.

Upon receipt of the retainer, he handed me over to the lawyer Riana Ayarapetayan. The first six weeks were the issue of submitting, sending, and submitting documents. something that is easy to understand However, if you keep in touch with Irapetayan, who knows the horrific plight of homeless people, it takes many days and usually returns several emails. Even so, it was only two sentences. I couldn't give the context or idea of what to expect. When I only called once every few months, it was clear that I was so annoyed that I couldn't wait to hang up. Her attitude was as cold as ice and she was not at all considerate. When I used the Bolnstein method, my attitude did not change. The fact is that I'm getting worse.

A few weeks later, I received a threatening legal document from a "friend" who was on the way out. I didn't know anything about FedEx, so I asked her to fill out the papers for Riana. She informed me of what she had received, b) they explained about what. It's easy. But it never happened again. She did not receive the notice of receipt, and when she pushed Eirapetayan three weeks later, she said that she was essentially not an import. The reason it takes less than 30 seconds is that after receiving the FED, it is beyond my control, but especially the Bolnstein law, by Mr. Irapetian in general, shows me no care before I cut off my relations with them and hire other people. But interestingly, when I received the bill, I was charged $300, which seems to be 30 minutes, so it took me a while to review the "trivial" documents. So they had time to look at them and ask me, but in less than 30 seconds they sent me an email, gave me weeks of stress, I do not know. Now the lawyer is looking back.

That will make you worse. A few weeks later, I received a more threatening legal document and again asked the Irapeteians for immediate advice. I followed several more emails in a few days, and called emergency calls and worries several times. He didn't give me a phone call or an email.

My retainer has been exhausted, and I have received a letter to say that I am happy to work with. Goodbye! This happened in the midst of a big drama that I desperately wanted help from. They just shut down the communication. They refused to talk to me even if they came to see me increasing their number.

I got a call from Mr. Bolnstein because he called me just a week later. He didn't tell me anything about my worries. Rather, the people I was trying to evict had applied for eviction and stayed, so I asked him for advice.

He hired Born Stein to help people moving to a real estate agency in San Francisco.  It is,  It's scary to see the complexity of the science fiction rental law, but Daniel took the time to thoroughly read my lease and explained his strategy and the steps he needed to legally hide himself throughout the process.  His correspondence was quick and concise, and his company was sincere in time and claims.  I am very satisfied with this result, and I am convinced that it could not be realized without his attention to detail and professional consciousness.  It is highly recommended for those who discuss San Francisco's Kosaku.  Absolutely worth it!

I just completed A  eviction  one of the tenants of a small apartment in San Francisco   This building is difficult because it conforms to the rent control order. In particular, when you deal with tenants just by shaking hands.  (We strongly recommend that you do not ~.  

I interviewed several lawyers.  The first refused to accept my claim, the second agreed to accept it and told me that the fee would be the same as the deposit.   When I received my engagement, it wasn't what we talked about.   They were kind enough to give me back my deposit      Fortunately, I didn't know what to do with my friend's recommendation  Bornstein method   Unfortunately, I had to do more than I wanted to get along with my lawyer.

Last year, I borrowed Daniel Bornstein to give advice to my house. This year, we had a simple follow-up question. We asked for a telephone consultation, sent us repeated emails and called Volnstein. He never answered. I can tell if he replied and said that there would be an extra charge. But he didn't bother to answer. Excuse me!

Last year, when we went to him, he was indifferent (after the first 15-minute phone call) to answer the question. I've lost my Yelp reputation and asked for my review.

Revert to your original opinion. I'm just worried about the Yelp rating, and I'm not worried about anything else.

I talked straight to the rental board.  I contacted him by email and I went to his office in Auckland and was told to meet Christians.  I signed the certificate and paid the servant.  I work with my lawyer on different levels, but I noticed his lack of accountability.  The Christian (not the lawyer) made a statement and delivered it to the Rent board.  The tenant left.  I had to wait and ask again. Where did you complete the detailed work invoice?  (Conversation with Christians, writing and delivering documents).  I finally got a check for 15% of my retainers.  Non-professional and non-communicative.

This is an update to my 6/1/2016 review.
2016 On June 8, David Cheung and Daniel Bornstein contacted me about my review.  Both on the phone and in the email, I was dissatisfied with the company's work, but the real purpose was to get rid of the Yelp review.
Daniel Cheung sent an email referring to a review of Eylp, and a balance of $1304 started to say "Proposed" in my account, and we need to consider a "compromise".  Bornstein & This is the amount that I discussed a few months ago when he made a double charge to me regarding the preparation of documents, precautions, and filing fees on the mistakes that he made. Following up on the phone with Daniel Bornstein asked Yelp to consider removing the review three times. And Doneil Bornstein was offered free legal services to ask for the funding of the original tenant of negligence.  Bornstein also raised $1,304 and had no idea of any discussions with Daniel Chong on the double claim. <04.00 Amount received a Re-Invoice Notification for $13 on June 24, 2015, December 18, 2015.

Thanks to Daniel and Riana for helping their family remove their hostile and dangerous tenants from their owners. Your guidance will be conveyed through a long and cumbersome process of eviction. Riana did a great job at the settlement meeting and succeeded in avoiding lawsuits and expensive jury trials. It is precious that peace and tranquility in the building recovered :)!

I would like to tell you a little bit about how impressed I was by Dan's advice. He has been advising me in recent years
. We have always provided the simplest and most cost effective recommendations.  In many cases, a detailed & Provides options (best and worst) to help you clarify. Develop an Action Plan (Plan "A"&)"B") - No further information can be requested.  Many of his recommendations avoid conflict and minimize cost and conflict.

We lived close to 75 locations north of San Francisco and sold our grandparents' homes. Everything went smoothly until we found a tenant who had not paid all the rent. We tried to separate him from the distance, but failed. I was given the name of Daniel Born to the contact. Daniel Bolnstein is absolutely the best!  He has the joy of being timely, concise, effective and working together.  He took up my unique sub-tenant nuisance case and solved it in 14 days.  He knows the scope of this law from top to bottom and is the definition of an expert.

I told Daniel Bolnstein about three problems.  Communication is concise and effective (great if you pay $380 per hour).  I like to deal with him (and his company). I can explain the situation and he will get back to action.  I have a lot of disputes between landlords and tenant farmers, so I don't have to hold the hand that a vicious jury is looking for.  If you are looking for a little more guidance, we recommend that you speak with Daniel Cheung (Bornstein &). Born).  He is a very knowledgeable and patient man in that he explains the steps in step by step.

If you want to get in touch with someone, I recommend you send an email first.  After that, we will follow up on the phone.  From my personal experience, I find it difficult to contact my lawyer there.  But they will respond within a day.

I have previously worked as Jeff Wu, Shouna Matrin, Stephen McDonald, Karen Uthiana, and other great lawyers.  Although each style and individual strength are different, Daniel thinks that the balance between professionalism and the aggression required for these battles is best.

I attended a free landlord seminar that Daniel Born Stein took at Fort Mason. He helped the landlord a mini boot camp on the SF's property. I spent many hours on the science fiction Rent-Board, and I worked for him and ended up in a mutually beneficial situation with two tenants renting separate bedrooms at four bedrooms. His other mutual friends also took advantage of his job, and he had paid more of the tenant's retirement, but he felt that Mr. Born knew how to deal with the more difficult problems of the tenant purchase.

I'm surprised at the wonderful criticism here.  My experience was completely different.

I wonder if my office is too busy to work any more.  

It was difficult to make a promise. And in the times of landlords, time is essential.  Daniel Bornstein finally received the phone a few months ago, said he was busy, gave him his email address (in a disrespectful tone) and told him to write down the problem.  I did.  Since I didn't get any answers, I emailed three more times.  And the ccd Daniel Cheung did not come back to me.

I ended up calling Daniel Bornstein and typing a lot during the short conversation, so I had no advice or additional information.  He took time to understand the situation.  I don't know the laws of the landlord or the tenant, or how bright he is.  He looked too much and could not concentrate.  

I received a $300 bill that night.  He didn't tell me his fare structure, I didn't sign a contract, and I didn't get any help, so I guess exactly $300 is used for what.  

This company is not recommended.

Daniel Bolnstein and his team are first in charge of all aspects of the Bay Area Property Law.  Given that they are one of the toughest and most harsh players in the game, these reviews show how great your work is for the customer.  They are experienced in every aspect of these problems, so I don't think there are many people close to them.   I've done a lot of work with one of their managers, Jonas Judd.  He has a remarkable wealth of experience and knowledge in every aspect of the subject of the landlord and the tenant.  He has never seen him, and is more proud of his knowledge of property management than any of the people I have met.  He not only receives the problem, but also understands the best way to solve the problem.

If Elip were six stars, I would pass it to Daniel.  Daniel is a great supporter in many positions, who has been placed in a very difficult position in the situation of tenants I've met for many years.  He is effective, efficient, thorough, and fairly priced in my opinion.  He was easy to talk to and very easy to get close to. When I first bought a building in San Francisco, I didn't know that many people would lie, scam and steal to extort money. I have dealt with pretty dark characters in a difficult situation, but it was only a training ground for my adventures as a sci-fi property owner and landlord. Multi-unit  SF estate owners are trying to get as much money as possible by tenants, contractors, and the city itself, without having to choose the necessary means. The tactics they use will expand the scope of bullying, from sabotage, flat unhonesty, and threats - even if they do business with extreme kindness and respect (especially). Therefore, the best lawyers must represent you on all issues related to the legal rights of science fiction. No exceptions.

Daniel consulted me when I was shopping for SF estate. He helped me and my family make important decisions that ultimately affect loans, negotiations, and other strategic factors

Bornstein & Many of the former clients get angry at this break. I heard from other people at Bornstein  

I have spent millions of dollars on lawyers and dealt with all kinds of lawyers. Many lawyers continue to receive deposits from many customers and do not do many jobs.

I lost 7 months of eviction.  I called them hundreds of times and emailed them many times.  

Being irritated does not mean bad customers. As one of my opposition lawyers said, he has never seen anyone with such a large portfolio.  I'm frustrated and proud. In many cases, it is voluntary dismissal that opposes me, and that won everyone.  Therefore, because dismissal is disadvantageous to you, be sure to fill in or attach to your preferred settlement agreement.  All mining cases are made to different parties and include different property. I have no time to waste.  Our time is far more precious than a lawyer.  They are earning more than $1,000 an hour, because they deceive us with just a little work and know how to make triple claims. I was fired because I didn't know how to request a three-fold bill client.

Many of the judges are angry with the pro party because they are building lawyers that save money and reduce money.

This is very bad, as you can't even drop the trial and finish the illegal detainees.  
The eviction template has made a silly mistake.

I was told that Daniel Bornstein was the only good lawyer there.  Like many people, this company employs cheap lawyers, and Jonathan is useless.

All I want is a full refund. Otherwise, this will be in vain.  This company is closed voluntarily.  Or stop trying to put a million dollars in your opponent's pocket. The

legal system is unproductive and only enrich lawyers.

I was the main tenant of a rental apartment, looking for a lawyer about a sub-tenant that completely dilaps my place. The first man I called was strange, and seemed to know the law of the landlord, but I did not follow him. The second sounded like a donkey on the phone, and I clearly wasted his time. Daniel also mentioned the items that should be added to my subcontract in the future to prevent such anxiety.

Daniel Bolnstein's service is really necessary!   It's scary to be a real estate owner in San Francisco.  The Land Lease Act is complex, constantly changing, and comprehensively piled up against landlords!

I was looking for a lawyer about a multi-unit apartment resident.  Bornstein has published many advertisements in publications of many landlords and property.  Also, the review was very popular, so we had positive expectations.

I had a difficult problem with another lawyer for four months, and after working on the ground without a solution, I contacted Daniel Bornstein. I am the new landlord, and Daniel Bornstein and I have worked to evict Omi. Believe me, this is one of the least interesting processes in the world. It's a tremendous challenge to do this fairly, honestly, following the SF Rent Board Ordinance. I knew I couldn't solve this problem myself.
