I had to leave the country, but this is another name for deportation!  I went to another law firm in San Francisco and they all turned around  I went down and threw the same "luck to you"  This is because my case is complicated! Van der Haut, Brigariano and Nightingale are the best immigrant corporations! The staff are all kind, caring and interested in the incident. In particular, the lawyers Valery Zoukin and Paralegal Stephanie Miranda were amazing! The first consultation was quick and thorough. We recommend that you send a follow-up question via email. Yes. No reply for 1.5 weeks I sent again to see if I need to add another appointment. Then an answer came. Yes. It will cost another 500 dollars.

This business is loud to hide bad reviews, so it is sure that it is under an deprecated review.  As someone has stated in the hidden critique, their staff is not just rude, rude, unprofessional, more than bullying. It's natural for the staff to be great friends and to provide great services in teamwork. Every three months, I kept calling this office to set up something, and the staff kept my phone number every time and didn't call to let me know at least that I had no plans. Two months later, I thought it was time for me to go to the paper job of the third month, and I asked them to let me know if they had no promise. The only reason I waited long was because my friend introduced and worked at Avantika Chastri, a lawyer working at this office. The staff was very rude and could not be called professional. By the way, potential customers should not tolerate it. Please stop that. Don't give business to people who don't respect you. Your time and loyalty are given in relation to being introduced. I'm going to be a back-up to my lawyers at this office. Personal documents can often fail.

After three months of delay, my consultation fee was said to be $350, and I thought that there was a reason for all the consultation fees, so I said "OK". We appear in their office and they want us to pay the price before we talk. Their staff should have told us in advance because other service companies are not doing it while they are making a reservation to charge before consultation. We would not have wasted time driving our car off from work. We were dissatisfied that their staff had acted rudely and wonderful against Mr. Nightingale and said he was able to deeply apologize, understand and pay fees after consultation. However, we had the greatest hesitation - the lawyer will not work for the next three weeks, while working with the staff, thinking that they are rude and not professional for us, we left. Mr. Nightingale was a kind man. I don't know at all because I didn't see Avantika when she spoke on the phone. After we left, she left the VM, but the damage was done. From this experience, I learned that having a good lawyer is not enough, and even the staff must be a good person.

After all, I raised my voice and found another lawyer who could speak directly to the staff. He didn't cover any suspicious consultation fees and he asked him to fill out the form on his website and email him. And he called us back to submit the documents of Appointment and Viola! It's just a few days!

It's not cheap, but the word "buy a lawyer's money" can live here.

My wife and I still work with them, but they are professional, hard-working, and quick.  They are friendly, too.  So far, we have been successful and almost completely closed.

What I like most is their strong sense of communication.  Yes, I would ask for that, but I'm a person who wants to know exactly what's going on and what's going on, rather than saying, "I have a document here, so please deal with it."  It's important to be involved.  They led us all, encouraged us what we expected, and encouraged us what we should do.

After all, I'm glad I defeated my former dead lawyer, who wanted to collect money from others without having to do anything, in a case that is easy to win, a case with few jobs. The nightingale gives full approval to their work.

I can't believe I forgot to review this practice while living in California!  If you have any questions or concerns about your visa, how to renew, how to extend your visa, how to change your visa from one to another, your right to stay in Japan - Certainly the most capable and only law firm that needs to be contacted.

First, I agree before consulting with the lawyer.  While sitting in the bathroom thinking about your case, they know they can charge you $$$$.  Van Der Hout Brigagliano; The nightingale is not that. Before the consultation, a reasonable fixed fee was charged.  She asked me a series of questions and was surprised how detailed she was about  Visa/Entry Act  In an hour of lunch break, she answered all my questions, and if I want to stay in the US, there are many options that I can legally make possible, so I went away with a strong force.

Stacey is the profession, education, and respect that will help people...  I liked California, but I decided to stay and didn't fear the lawyer!

Anyway, I had knowledge about a particular investor visa. I found it very learned and useful. Now I will apply for the visa with all the specific information and advice that I have given. However, I am especially grateful that Mr. Gartland's ability is greater than that of Mr. Gartland's ability, and that she spent time explaining everything in detail. Prior to the protest, I was charged a fixed fee (very reasonable), so I had no motive to do it. She prepared a lot of copies of the documents for my review, so I felt very good.

E - I was very responsive to email even before I was consulted by the company. My relatives also had a phone call to talk to me, but technical problems were going well.

I don't think I'm sure I'll be able to tell you the answer I've heard from Mr. Gartland right away. So I was satisfied with her patient approach. Well, I'm starting to repeat myself, so I don't really blame this office if the lawyer I need to conclude has a bad reputation! Every time I walk the way to become a permanent resident, I return to this office (I wish)... ..

Finally, I will give general advice to those looking for immigration lawyers. Don't buy cheap, it's too important. Even if it's the cheapest, you really need a competent lawyer to do the job and give advice. You might think you can't buy a good immigration lawyer, but the real thing you can't buy is to make a mistake and just write down the wrong documents, or get involved in some kind of immigration trouble.

Avantika Shastri, who worked on my case, is a great lawyer if she can afford the best job. I remember her thinking of my case at a strange time and remembering the possibilities of hiccups. She helped me to a very complicated problem. I always feel good and she replies to all my emails as soon as possible. Finally, I yearned to be a sincere, sincere and top league female lawyer.

The staff (lawyers) are people who don't seem professional!

Officials should represent immigration and always be friendly with professionals. Lawyers and lawyers should hire customers to speak without using rude language. Many customers speak the same language as law firm staff, but do not speak the same language or remember that there are many other customers with the same accent.
