Steven Somers has been fighting for his employees since he became a union leader in the southeast of the country in 1994. In 2004, Steve started to put his own laws into practice and has been fighting for his employees ever since. In the past nine years, Steve has filed lawsuits against more than 500 companies in BayArea over allegations of unauthorized discharge, sexual harassment, non-payment of overtime pay, wage and time issues, disability discrimination, and other jobs.
