He received a 60-day eviction notice and hired Robert Shepherd at the recommendation of his friend. At the first meeting, he gathered information, very clearly summarized my options, and then we agreed on the best course of action. He was very aggressive in sending status updates mainly through email, including telephone conversations. I am very satisfied with my problem and the result soon. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jamiel and the Shepherd staff!  We discussed a very complex TIC dispute with Jaime Uziel, who has guided our entire process professionally, despite all the tactics he has attempted to disrupt and delay our process.  Jaime was honest, professional, incredibly agile, and patient.  After three years of representation, he included all legal fees and interest in our judgment!  No one needs a lawyer, but Jamie is the best if he needs a lawyer.

Thank you for Mr. Shepherd's reply. Three years later, but better than nothing. Since there was no dialog with the customer, the review is obviously not about you. However, just remembering the memories with an honest review is still very painful and depressing. Since I was not directly involved, I don't know how much I know about detail. I wish I could have contacted me before I objected, "with respect" for justice.

When the apartment was sold and the owner of the new building was threatening the eviction, I represented Shepard Uiel's law firm. Bob Shepherd and Mark Ellis negotiated the exact same purchase that I had been seeking.  As agreed at the first meeting (even though the owner started from a distance), I informed me that I would be able to keep the costs within the scope of the information.  They helped me to discuss various options and explain to me the potential results.  It was the first time they had hired a lawyer, who took away most of the stress and anxiety in the process.  If you are facing a situation of eviction and purchase in San Francisco, you can freely recommend them.

The name of the original poster was incorrect (all Yelp communications are labeled by Jaime Uziel partners, not individual accounts)  Dear readers, forgive me for your mistake.  However, if the former director of the office was the poster that released the sensitive information, that would be enough. In fact, disclosure is much worse for Jaime Uziel. I think this reaction represents me.  There's no need to add any more to the famous casket of Ugier, I think he did a good job alone.

I was not an official client, but I attended each meeting briefly and through the process of mediation. I also suffered from the wonderful performance of my husband's lawyer.  The following reaction is a stigma attached to it, and it speaks of many of the lack and lack of teaching awareness at the law firm.

Our TIC, together with Jamie last year, moved and revised the TIC agreement. Jamie explains the process to us and it's very simple and inexpensive for us. But the reason I'm writing this review is because I just asked my landlord about the rent and the situation, and he kindly emailed me to answer me immediately by phone.
If you need it in the future, I'll tell everyone.

I'm very unhappy about my experience with Shepart and others.  In my opinion, their business model seems to focus not on me, but on the billable time, and I just wanted to pay more than $60,000 to solve my case, and I enjoyed the lecture from their office director.

I felt whether or not we would be ridiculed by all our staff and lawyers. If I don't correct their mistakes often, I just think it's much worse than that.  Their bill shows that the request for correction that I made after I pointed out their mistakes was made again.  That may be the case with the law firm, but I don't think it's right.

I am very dissatisfied with this company and would never recommend it.  After I worked directly at this company, these are my personal opinions.  They say that I "won" my case, but that's not true. They spent all the money I had and negotiated settlement to get back most of the legal fees I had paid to their company, but they actually lost the chance to win against the landlord completely.  

There is no chance of a largely modified response from a lawyer who has never met or spoken to or who should not comment on his involvement.  His first version published personal, confidential and privileged details about my legal issues and situations in a form that was opened and published directly on the Internet from my case file.  The lawyer may not have been the most cautious action to take up the customer information of others, and he assumes that after all it was not his help and that his firm attitude was discreet, ethical, or intellectual.

I had to add the difference of claim, but it was soon corrected and highly appreciated. I was charged for the estimated amount, but my boss had to look into the final document, so I was charged further. It's not a good thing, but the first is full disclosure. But I'm not a lawyer. It might be a lawyer's way of doing it, not in the medical field. But I'm not a lawyer. It doesn't take me much time to do the work I always do. It seems that the lawyer will have to recover all (the billable time). You have to remember all the doctors and nurses...Every time someone comes to ask me how to do a lawyer, I think I have to go back to the book for hours. Even though I could not say once I chose it, the extra charge might have been removed because I complained and they were so great.  And maybe not. Work is done, assessed, & costly

I have this letter written to a person looking for a lawyer on the issue of real estate, landlords, and tenants, with whom Mr. Jamiel is enthusiastic when he needs it.  I was not happy to reach a solution because Mr. Ugier helped me in dealing with the disputes related to the landlord.  

He was patient, thorough, understood and very deeply involved in my particular situation.  I recommend Mr. Yuziel and his company to anyone who wants help.  He was calm and confident in his discussions, and firmly declined to my defense.  Thank you, Ugiel! !

I enjoyed working with Robert Sheppard, Ugier, Sasman and Rosen's law firm in the recent dispute between landlords and tenant farmers. Bob Shepard gained great support during this ordeal. I am really grateful to him for his efforts to help us settle this dispute fairly and properly.

  Sheppard said he was at risk of fighting OMI. OMI, I spent as much as I could imagine on costs. However, it is fair in terms of price, work and personal efforts.

I was a person with disabilities who specialized in the human rights of tenants and needed to find lawyers who were familiar with the Fair Housing Act.
I was a San Francisco lessor, and I needed to understand the right to get a Mental Support Animal (ESA). I asked the owner of my disability, understanding, and borrowing a "suitable accommodation", to get a service animal at my house.

I contacted Jamie's office on the way to sell my building to another owner.  It was too much for me.  A problem clearly infringing my rights as a tenant occurred shortly after the building was sold.  Jaime Uziel consulted with me, led me to each problem and a clever letter, and helped me write a dialog between me and the new owner. An honest lawyer, without charging me $300 for years, threatens to switch to the contingency that occurred just before the settlement, to take 40%, or to summon another lawyer to solve the problem on my behalf with a small amount.  I've never heard of this settlement reaching the law office!  When I had to answer the question, I had to hire a para-legal. Because Shepherd didn't help me and someone in your office didn't help me.  I also paid to the other two lawyers to see what the Shepard is doing, and I believed he was unethical, but I had too much difficulty switching the lawyer. He objected to the Shepherd's complaint against me and added additional charges.  Most of the time, he sent me an email, phoned me and had a meeting with me.  When something unexpected happened to him, he suddenly had neither email nor phone nor a meeting.  &a) Mr. Ugier Amplifier (&a) Rosen, when he insulted me in a vacant lot in front of all the staff and shouted to me, "I don't know," he was staring at me and paid me $300 an hour.   Do you think I was at a negotiation meeting when Shepard boasted that I would reduce the time to move in a month?  If I'd had been in that month, I wouldn't have hurt my health so much.  If I could kill it, I would.  Shepard is proud of how to control his client. That's why he became a lawyer of the year!  Since I was in poor health, I had to quit my job about a year later.  Congratulations, Shepherd.  We won!
