My five-star rating is based on more than 20 years of collaborative experience with Michael Hall. My family owns real estate in San Francisco, and it is very important to have a knowledgeable, experienced, honest and reliable lawyer.  That's Michael Hall.  With more than 30 years of experience in real estate law, we were able to rely on him to help us with commercial lease negotiations, create commercial lease contracts, landlords/tenant questions, and problems.  Michael is a very easy task, fast response to email, and reliable person.  Believe me...For more than 20 years, I and my family have acquired his legal expertise.  You should say something.  If you have a legal issue with real estate, Michael Hall and his team will be calling.

Note: I was born and raised in San Francisco...My parents worked for a couple of people and lived seven days a week (and invested in the science fiction property before it exploded). So we are not bad landlords you read in the news. Don't discount my review just because you are a landlord.  Not all sci-fi landlords are bad. ;)

Darty lawyers know how to break the system...But then again...Most lawyers are dirty?  This is the best...

Honest Experience and Good Representatives

This week, a complex incident occurred and I and my wife were very impressed by Mr. Hall's announcement in court. We found him experienced in detail in his court expectations.  Hall knew what to suspect, presented appropriate evidence at the right time and in order, and knew what to leave behind. The materials and presentations were also very organized and very useful. Mr. Hall was an experienced and experienced professional lawyer. His communication with the court was wonderful and not so good.  He was perfect!

I went to Michael Hall to work in a condo, and his advice was terrible.

I have a whole new way of advising me that in the weeks I arrived at my first session, while I was "free consultation" on the phone, I had a long, complicated problem, a conversation required, a choice of uneasiness.  I didn't read the documents that I sent before the meeting, or read them again and again when I first met them, and they paid me the money.

Fortunately, I've called Andy Silkin's office and even though I don't have a client, I'll help you with the most accurate method...  Yes, read it again. The Sarkin office has shown us the most effective way to solve this conflict.

I highly recommend Michael Hall.

Hiring a lawyer is by no means a good news. But hiring good people is different!

At the end of the Condo conversion process, we sent a lawyer's letter of intimidation to seven (illegal) people and pressured them to sign a new CCR. Decks that were not included in the code during conversion. I wanted to adjust the time to the appropriate time, considering the time to sleep.

Time is essential to wrap the condo conversion and to borrow units separately. Also, the same partner that we purchased in 2006 was unable to receive mortgage loans, and we helped them to provide free loans. Yes, we are fools.

Anyway, the lawyer had to pay a fee, such as "delay the apartment exchange procedure", to a letter that threatened to sue for about $150 without agreeing to the conditions of the lie they were pressing. I found Michael Hall! Michael Hall led our case to a third party in the brokerage business and did it in the class. In other words, in return, it means that you don't have to remove dirt. It goes without saying that each of the seven claims proved to be false, and were immediately withdrawn. Building a new unjust toilet under the stairs, hurting the stairs when there is only a closet of coats under the stairs, or pulling a picture of the inspection report before the building was purchased to easily prove that there was a second bathroom before the room was purchased. (Prior to the transfer, there are no architectural drawings, so before purchase, before sale, before sale) or MORE SO, we encrypted the bathroom in the process of the transfer of the condo and made legal procedures by all official city officers (electricity, piping, structure). The list continues. Yes, it's hard to believe. (It's until you're sued by a dirty person on a hidden occasion that you took advantage of the real experience of America!)

Since I had a big headache like that at the time, CCR signed in quite a while and left the neighbor out of the bedroom ceiling at night.

Michael Hall was communicative, responsive and informed. And when we were angry at the "stupid behavior" that came into our hands, he apologized to me for my French and kept our reactions elegant, clean and effective, and made us on a high path.

No. Hiring a lawyer was not the most economical part of the process. Of course not. But my neighbor is bad! Yes, lawyers work to earn a living. The two parties paid a lot of money to organize the situation under legal supervision. At least, I know that we paid the lawyer and, in the end, without legal help, signed the CCR with the same conditions as we did. In other words, they don't go along their way! Thank you, Michael Hall!

You should have a problem if you take money to a consultation, advise you to just eat the expenses you are in dispute for a "rickety" case, and buy an old house. Another bit he said said, "It costs about $500 to find the plaintiff's current address. We have to hire a private investigator." Yes, I might have done that 30 years ago, but now I don't.

I also didn't have time to read the documents I sent to follow up. No more emails or voice mail.

As an authority, I realized how complicated the rules of the San Francisco landlord and cottage were.  To process  On the matter of the tenant, I decided to consult my lawyer. I was introduced to Michael Hall, an expert in this field. In the first consultation, he explained my rules and responsibilities as a landlord. I found him thoughtful, concise, and talkative. He listened kindly to my worries and instructed me to pass the resolution of success.
I strongly recommend Michael Hall to anyone who needs this kind of lawyer. Thank you
Mr. Hall.

Michael went to my house while I continued to own for six years at science fiction.  He was very helpful, and when something went wrong, the borrowers and condo partners came out, so he helped me many times.  I am very grateful for his help.  He was very careful and knowledgeable.  He could not be thrown away.

Recently, a problem with the landlord of the tenant occurred, and some friends advised him to get a lawyer. A friend of mine, a real estate agent, proposed to Michael Hall, Attie, We were no longer satisfied with legal advice, the information provided to make legal decisions, the money we could save by knowing how and what the communication is.  I knew I was following my legal obligations, so I reduced my mental stress.  Ati Hall has long been responsive and professional. We will never fail to use his legal services again.

If you need a lawyer, be sure to be an expert in the law specific to your case. Experience proved cost savings, and in fact, the town's anti-lawyer (and judge! It is important that the lawyer is well known and respected.  Mr. Hall proved this to be true in my illegal detention for trial.

Personally, I am the last person in a 150-dollar jeans or a 12-dollar martini. I was very aware of the time I spent with Michael Hall on the phone and in the office. Mr. Hall thought it would be a good idea to have the Paralegal do the right thing, and to have the deputy attorney handle anything that does not require direct expertise or attention.

It's unfair to pay good money for bad people, but you can't get more than a "decent" lawyer. And if you make the mistake that you wish you could spend more time later...Yes  We must live together for some time, and it is an unpleasant and painful regret.

Michael Hall is not the most expensive lawyer, but there are two reasons why I chose him. Mr. Hall is not one of the lawyers who do things as he wants. Since it does not represent you, it must disappoint you and make you unhappy.
2) On the other hand, Mr. Hall, no matter how foolish you may be, is not one of the lawyers who will act as you desire. These are really dangerous!

Many times, Mr. Hall was smart, thoughtful, and well-versed in how things went down. "I want you to do X, so I can do it. This is where I predict. I need to warn you. And finally, here's how to do something with THING X and avoid bad results: "

I'm really grateful for the experience-based expertise I've told you, not the assessment or opinion.

Mr Hall was found to be knowledgeable and practical, so I was able to actually sleep at night - a control freak - which is allowed to be "passed to his competent hands", in a very nervous time. What's worth to you! ! For me, I really regret how long it took me to leave the irresponsible house, but Mr. Hall was good at confining his lies, false claims and stall technology, and he went.

It was worse that my lawyer became my best lawyer. He stepped upon his head, took a quick grip, and tried to avoid trial, but in the end thousands of lives were saved. In fact, this settlement included an indefinite payment, not the one I would pay in reverse. Euw!

Obviously, the results of my case affect my opinion about Mr. Hall's service. But I was perfectly ready to obtain satisfactory results, and actually felt that I was well represented, so I was assured as I could.

Not recommended.  Charge in minutes.  He works, but I'm afraid of even asking him a simple question. Because he takes me literally and charges me in a minute.  He didn't really want to help me, he played it based on getting money.
