The mistake I made at Allison's office was the extra seven months difference between my husband and I for thousands of dollars.  The biggest mistake she made was to submit the wrong paper to USCIS.  When she found out that her husband was abroad, she submitted a form to people living in the US. Therefore, our case on the NVC was frozen and another form submitted to USCIS was denied. Since it took less time to contact NVC and USCIS, I had to contact them and find Allison's mistake. After a customer who has already paid more than 10,000 dollars has made a big mistake, I think an ethical lawyer will do anything he needs to fix his mistakes, not Allison.  I had to ask her again and again and correct her mistake in accordance with the procedure given by USCIS. Allison did not so much as apologize for his mistake and did not even try to speak to me.  She just received the assistant email and phone. When she finally called me  She got angry with me and told me she was going to return the case to me and I could submit it alone. You have to take in a new lawyer and pay thousands more to resubmit your new papers. The Alison website promises that "an experienced, ethical and caring lawyer who will provide individual services and attention to customers throughout the life of their case." I didn't take such a thing. Her office only did it efficiently when she cashed our checks.
