I was very relieved to have Jamiel advise and represent us at a recent San Francisco Rent-Board hearing.  Jaime really knows how to share with customers how to listen, while helping us clarify complex legal issues that we understand in easy-to-understand English.  He was patient, calm, humorous, and courteous in regard to his dealings with us, as well as at the Rent Board hearing.
If you want to be confident in going to the court or the hearing room, hire Jaimi.  You are not disappointed.

I had a free consultation with several lawyers and received an hour's paid consultation, but Jamie was the first lawyer I spoke to and didn't give any advice to put the court costs into my pocket. His answer was well thought, and he had compassion (whether he believed or not), and he actually thought of the emotional impact of the lawsuit on my 93-year-old mother. "Do you really want a 93-year-old mother to be retired and brought to court?"  

Among the lawyers I have spoken, Jamie is the first person to explain his answer, not as if the law were not black and white.  He admits true transactions against "facts", all the gray areas, legal or otherwise.  He thoroughly explained the potential impact of all the options we discussed.  

My heartfelt impression is that Jamie is interested in knowing that your life is better with his help and better than when you started.  

Many of the lawyers I've mentioned have different answers to the same question.  I recommend you be careful when you listen to a lawyer.  But there was no contradiction in the information Jamie gave me, the advice of SFRB, or the law.

I don't hire Jamie, but I've been dating many lawyers for years, so Jamie feels exceptionally capable, well-paid, and good at working while taking my interest.

We are in our particular situation  Of course, most lawyers offer free consultation in ways to get new customers, but judging from the fact that my free consultation phone went with other lawyers in the past, our conversation is above average.  I am impressed and will always update this review after the real exchanges between the lawyer and the customer are over.  I'm sure I expect, and when I see what other people say about Jamie, I don't think I'll be disappointed here.

I can't tell you enough about Jamiel. When I fell into a contractual mess with my shopping at home, I was introduced to him through the parent company of a real estate agent. Jamie was more patient, useful, rational, but strong. He advised my options, listened to my concerns, helped me to decide what was best, and, moreover, patiently, proposed to me professionally while the other lawyer was acting like a child. With the best results, he managed to laugh at the madness of the situation in the meantime. I couldn't imagine working with anyone.

Jamie is very helpful and considerate. He may help us in our situation, but he suggested using another strongly recommended lawyer to keep costs down in terms of location and travel time. Jamie is a wonderful man to work with!

Jamie helped me to finish the FSBA recently, so I couldn't be happier any more. Jaime was equipped with readiness, information provision, and time accuracy to protect us from debt, efficiently, as thoroughly as necessary. I bought a real estate agent from a real estate agent in San Francisco, and the real estate agent was not involved, i.e., "sold by the owner".  James Uxiel expressed me as a buyer of the deal, and I cannot recommend him any higher.  The transaction went smoothly.  Jamie, who is a lawyer and also a real estate license, is also knowledgeable and very positive.  When problems occurred, or when you needed more help in a particular situation, you've always been very responsive and immediately helped your business.  He was quite successful because he was well versed in the manner and style of it and helped me buy my property.  I will employ him again in the future.

Without Jamie, I couldn't cope with the difficult problems of the landlord.  We talked to Jamie before we bought a house.  He met us and put us into San Francisco law.  After acquiring the property, Jamie walked around with us.  He always came back to us on the same day.  We owe our situation to his wise and gentle advice that ended successfully.

Jamie is a great, customer-centered lawyer! I received solid advice and Jamie's consulting time and fees were spent well in time and money. I needed legal advice about landlords' tenant, I didn't really know about the representatives, and he explained what was involved, and I preferred a knowledgeable and realistic approach with options to deal with this problem. I chose to consult with him and deal directly with him, but he spoke to him and decided, so he frankly and honestly told me that we should proceed without keeping him. His advice was clear and he reviewed our draft very quickly. He does not hesitate to recommend him.

During the past year, I had several opportunities to hire a lawyer, but I had no idea how to proceed with the procedures or how to do it. In either case I relied upon Jamiel, one of the only working lawyers, who could assist me in pointing out the right direction, or in distinguishing whether I had the case. In either case, instead of trying to register me in a billable time zone, he basically gave me the necessary information. After all, instead of hiring a lawyer, they went to different routes. Impressed by his honesty, character, passion, and the feeling that he felt as a real person who could not be considered a product while talking with him, I will use him in the future if I need legal advice or hire a lawyer.
