Ken Greenstein is a staunch supporter of truth and justice.  He does not fear telling the truth to the authorities or endangering his reputation and integrity against some of the largest and most powerful forces in the city.  A tenant who needs a lawyer can't do any more.

In 2008, I lived in a rental house in San Francisco with two roommates.  The landlord was a madwoman, and when he saw us draw one of the bedrooms he informed us of his flight.  What she really wanted was to reform the house, to know that she had to pay the money to leave the house, and she failed to drive us out.  Greenstein & Operation McDonald took the landlord to the court and got a very comfortable settlement.  Ken Greenstein was a lawyer who worked directly on our case, and I was impressed that he and his partner continued to study law to find other ways to deal with this case.  Greenstein & is recommended. McDonald's tells everyone about the evictions of San Francisco and other events in which the landlord is trying to escape.

Greenstein & is not recommended. McDonald's is better off living through the dot-com real estate boom in San Francisco  As a tenant I was much easier and Ken Greenstein gave me the power to know my rights. This is what I recommend to all friends who are borrowers who need legal representation

They claim to support "almost all (other) tenant issues" on their website. However, it is clear that the collection of deposits is bad for the proportion of time. I was not even able to introduce me to another lawyer, though I was generous with my hourly salary. The only advice they offer is "ask a small lawyer" (real lawyers don't talk directly to me). It's a big case, but how about helping you organize the case?

Other problems do not call it. The call was received and immediately answered. The woman I spoke to was very polite and of no use.
