I highly recommend this law firm to be wonderful in my case. I was very efficient and intelligent, patient to explain her process, and her confidence made a really big difference. I am now a citizen of America, and to thank you, Ferrom and Solo! They're great! They worked not only my case but also my mother and two sisters. Everything went well for us. Don't be disappointed.

I came here because Paula and her office helped all the family members take the immigration. When I first went with my fiancé, I met Paula. She explained the procedure for her husband to get a green card and said that after sharing his history with my history, we were qualified. The only thing that happened was that I wasn't legally married. Two years later, I came to talk with another young lawyer who had been examined and said the same thing as Paula. My husband and I decided to proceed with the process. We were told to prepare all the evidence  Press down the fingerprint at the local fingerprint store. make the following promise and submit everything to  Prepare documents. During that time, we did everything we were asked to do. We appeared with documents, fingerprints and the money of our retainers and met another lawyer. With the previous two promises, I asked Paula severely. The lawyer said she had graduated recently (again) and continued to speak Spanish, even though she could speak Spanish in barley. I kept asking her to speak English, but she ignored me. I'm bilingual, and my husband is intermediate English & amp; I will tell you that a fluent Spanish Anyway, she basically said that her husband doesn't have green card qualification. (It was said that I had various qualifications at the previous meeting, but I had a fingerprint to check my husband's records!)  Do you want me to explain why you moved? Two lawyers at the same office asked her why he had to look up his fingerprints, but she asked her for the same reason he did not qualify. She continued to answer the same question as her husband's record with a bar, but this office did not check her husband's fingerprint history. I haven't released a birth certificate or other information yet. Why is she doing this? I often added what other options are. Can you check the FP? She kept saying the same thing again. I can ask you never to explain or speak, but I waste money. The whole immigration process might be a gain or a permit, and we were familiar with the pieces of money.  I don't know what will happen in this company, but it happened to us. I'm very sad. I wish I had given you a more candid, or a more thorough account of my troubles by examining my fingerprints. Also, we recommend that you hear from a family member who has gone through this office, but do you think this is something correct? After the meeting, I cried, irritated, and annoyed at their incompetence.

Don't go to this company. If you need immigration, run away from this office! I don't have any knowledge of your services or services. They are always low on a personal level, just waiting for weeks to book or check in, and they don't work as lawyers or law firms.
Unfortunately, I had to bring this company through the union, so I could cover my family's immigration expenses. At first, I booked my first appointment early, and they incorporated my idea. if you have any questions while waiting for the document to be approved  They are helpless with the help. When I needed to make a second appointment, they didn't call me as I told them. Then I called and asked why I didn't call for a reservation, and they said "I forgot". Office management is also a problem. When you call, you will be put on hold several times. They don't care what follows. I just want to get a new case of collecting money. I was asked to make a follow-up reservation seven weeks later, so when I asked to send all my documents back by email, Carla's secretary-general called me. If you really need a lawyer, don't go to this company.

I used Paula about nine years ago. And that was just good. Recently, Paula's name didn't come to mind because she needed a lawyer in the immigration office. I am now dealing with the nightmare I should have looked for it. if you have time to move to Paula  I can only imagine Paula Solario

Nancy A. Ferom has handled her husband's case and recently received from USCIS a notice that his case has been transferred to another department and handled. After I contacted USCIS, I still had doubts after I spoke with a woman in that department.

My husband tried to call Ferrom, so the person at the front desk told him to call him back. A few hours later, without a reply from them, we tried to call them again. He says he can't find his file and they call him back. Two days have passed and we haven't heard from him yet.

This is a busy office, and I think it's hard to catch up, but I'm very sorry that I don't have enough time to organize files or manage many cases. I need an appointment to speak to my lawyer.

I don't say it's a bad lawyer, but I need a new system.

Everyone is kind and kind, but I don't want to lose files because there are many important documents that I need in the future. Call me again!

Paula Solorio helped me apply for citizenship.  She was kind, kind, and thorough.  My case may have been complicated.  I'm ready.  On the day of the interview, we walked a few blocks from her office to the interview site in Sansome.  Everything went smoothly and I was well prepared.  Paula rock!
