The survey, conducted at Pulsepoll.com, will not be shared or used for any other purpose except to better serve the community. $1,000 will be awarded to all participants in the survey as a contest to win as a way of thanking them for their time. The results will not necessarily be shared, but will be entered into a contest as a thank you.
