Bill Stewart is a remarkable man in his profession and on behalf of my company continues to do all things related to patents. The high-tech sector is very competitive with new technologies that are always on the market. Therefore, IP security is essential. Bill is the one you want!

Bill is an excellent lawyer. He is well-versed in the field of IP law. He is experienced in that field and is a valuable asset to his customers. It is worth one sen and a half, if you take care of the details, and after years of experience! Surprisingly, compared to other companies in the Bay Area, he is also cheaper. If you are looking for someone who has a personal interest alone, without having a complex and solid hierarchy, Bill is your partner. You can rely on his answers to all questions about intellectual property laws, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and commercial laws.

I had a provisional patent application which I would like to submit to the Patent Office as a non-provisional patent application.  Bill and his team helped me through this process.  They helped me thoroughly examine my subject and determine if there was any obvious prior art related to my idea.  Using my Provisional Documents and Notes they have filed a patent application with USPTO.  I thought that company was very good  It is knowledgeable and very useful throughout the process.
