It was an honor to speak with Mr. Volkov.  After a bad landlord's situation (the landlord tried to leave despite I was a good tenant).  I was looking for advice to see if I had a request, so he spent time investigating the case and giving me an overview of my options.  In this case, I didn't have a case because I live in Daily City, and my tenant rights are not protected like science fiction, and if the lease is 30 days, the landlord can terminate the lease without any reason.  In any case, another lawyer may have wasted his money trying to take my case.

I don't know much about the law, but Mr. Borkov spoke in detail and confidently about the problem of tenant farmers.  If necessary, I will employ him in the future.

A friend who had just completed the TIC property purchase introduced him to Alex Borkov's law firm. After all, he needs his service, he is very perfect, easy to handle, I can get it, affordable. As a real estate agent, it is difficult to find a lawyer to recommend to a customer. In this case, it is always advisable to know that they are good people to those who need help or need advice. His creative approach and persistent labor ethics delight him to be on his side. He never gets through to the end when he gets on with your case.

I didn't know how to solve it or what options to choose from, so I was told by Mr. Volkov by an acquaintance.  Before actually contacting me, I was actively contacted, asked to briefly hear my situation and send me the materials I had.  I wrote a summary and a schedule and emailed him related materials.  Mr. Volkov took time over the weekend to reinvestigate my case and answered me promptly.  I could not expect my situation, but I really appreciate his honest opinion, his timely opinion and the opinion of the experts.  He also provided me with a web link that he could study even more himself. Recently, Alex Borkov has sheparded our home and family companies for a year in the fight against a horrific rapist suit.

For us, he shone like the Buddha, cool, calm, and humor that overthrew anger and despair.  He kept following people from different families, and he was completely good at making sure everyone was listening and calm. But when he saw him fighting on the other side he was a fierce bull, still unmoved, and seized me by the deadly and relentless persistence which arrested him. Watching Alex, I paid a strong respect to the lawyer's compliance with the law's text and dates, and his being a strategist and ruthless strategist.

I can't recommend Alex enough. If possible, give him ten stars. Professional, efficient and simple. He is wise and honest, understands the law, and is very clear about communication.  Most of the parents were forced to leave, and this move process was horrifying, time-consuming, irritating and stressful for my parents, but Alex was able to help them.  I strongly recommend him to anyone.

Over the past year and a half, Alex introduced me to some of the complicated legal problems.  In either case, he did his best for me, so I think the result has always been in my favor.  He is very intelligent, always seems to know in essence what to do to push his position and persuade him.
