If there are no stars, it gives zero. In fact, it is horrible.
My wife, after being a victim of car finance fraud, asked her to act for her by a new law group. The lawyer in question took up all the details, met his wife, represented, petitioned the court, and asked for results. In fact, he did nothing and his wife was driven out of $3,500.
When I wrote to them, they first apologized for the "heavy case burden" and later ignored all my emails. I am on the way to sue them for damages.
