There were many communication issues, but after all, Jeffrey was a kind, rational, intelligent, and experienced person, so he was able to proceed with this matter.

Mr. Neustat took my retainer $1,000 to divorce and did nothing.  I telephoned him to ask him what he was up to when he passed the critical document. I told him to send an email detailing what he was trying to do. He refused to answer in writing and, wishing to know what I was doing in my case, insulted me as if I were unreasonable. When he passed the deadline, I was in a hurry to find another lawyer! His negligence resulted in an unfair judgment against me. Mr. Neustadt tells a good story, but let him write anything or do anything - he doesn't!  Even when I asked several people to get one, I never took money from him and ran away.  Next, I will file a complaint with the American Bar Association.

This man made an unobserved promise. Giving unrealistic timeliness and calling our name when we looked with him in the process.
