We were away from Ms. at that time.  Nechoi, my family has already been sentenced.  Valery saved the day and fixed everything. 

The previous lawyer intentionally misled the court and hid the fact that he would soon be out of the country. This made a terrible excuse for our family.  It may cause a break-up between families, including our young children, because it is necessary to live in a certain state that caused irreparable harm.

Ms Nechay completely overturned the court's decision on past appeals and helped us get a new appeal for commutation and a "lighter" judgment that would allow us to survive outside the state as necessary. It is difficult to clarify how much Valery can be useful in a single review. She succeeded in sealing the six-year history of arrest I had in a very remote county in California.
