The Intelligent Row Farm was established in 2005 by Eric Nixdorf, the head of the law firm. Eric has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer, real estate investor and small business man. Eric was formerly a management partner, director of bankruptcy, and chief of litigation for the San Francisco-based legal offices across the state. Eric is trained at Harvard Business School, a member of MENSA and CEO of a Bay Area real estate investment company. Eric was designed to provide partner-level expertise and rapid service to customers at a more efficient and affordable price compared to many law firms. For most of the legal services developed by Eric, the company uses a pay-as-you-go, successful billing system. The system is designed to match the profit of our company to the profit of our customers.
