My friend was seized by the property. As a business broker and myself a tenant, I wanted to get information to help her and to get my education about the rights of the tenant. I left a message and received a callback two days later. The caller immediately read the script and wanted to start with a question. I didn't even have the chance to introduce myself. I didn't leak the information and told them that I was calling on someone's behalf.
The party has ended soon. I waited for a two-day callback, but they didn't talk to me. I have no intention of answering any questions. I asked if I could get some more information to learn. My boss came to the phone and immediately stoned me. He said he wouldn't speak to me. Now, I know that policy is a policy, but if their mission is to support tenants, they don't talk to people to improve the world. They should openly accept that they are educated about the rights of tenants, whoever they are, especially those in the industry.
I felt very angry and frustrated at this phone.
