This company is really an amateur.  I found her on the main line of Findlow and the receptionist was a lawyer.  She called herself Maymei Szeto.  And when I talked about what I was talking about, as if I were a buyer, several times over and over, she began to mess up basic details about what I was talking about.  From the sound of her voice, she sounded as if she were not certain.  I've never had such a strange phone call.  The call was disconnected after 15 minutes of hostile communication.  She didn't call.  I think she was either a bad day or a high day.  It's hard to say. Anyway, I'm very surprised how low my ability to communicate with customers was.

First of all, I'm a lawyer, so I know a little about what to expect, how to deal with customers.  Anyway, I will contact Zetto about the landlord and tenant problem I had with the landlord.  She talked with me for over 40 minutes, discussed my options, and helped me strategize how to deal with my landlord.  She was wonderful.  With her advice, I reconciled with the landlord with more than 3,000 dollars.  If there are other problems with landlords and tenants, I will definitely consult with Zet.
