Called Steve at the bar association, he looked into the problem of the tenant of the landlord. My problem was a bit complicated, though it should be a 30-minute consultation. Steven represented me and my partner in a home construction lawsuit. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and took time to work on our case. Working with him, I had never been busy, and we truly felt that he was concerned about our case. If he didn't know anything, he spent time explaining it. Steven Miyake, when he took over the things he had to leave honestly, did a great job for me. In the midst of the incident beyond reasonable expectations, my original lawyer had to leave the county to respect the previous plan. Steven took over the case which had been confused by then. He held it right away. He negotiated a useful settlement for me without excessively harming my tenant, which was my hope.
