I would like to offer advice to the landlords below through the legal process of eviction. (Please omit the tenant)

You may be considering hiring a lawyer to leave this review. Before proceeding with the lawsuit, the relationship with the tenant is kneaded, and if the amount is relatively small, settlement is settled. I am a unique real estate agent in the matter of the owner and tenant farmers of that lover. My motto is "Landlords have rights."  Many people fear being sued because they are frozen to death by the time they meet their landlord. Based on the review of Yelp, I called this company and received free consultation about the litigation of former tenants living in the legal profession at home. I made a punt, Stephen MacDonald answered immediately, and Danny Wan made me. I felt stressed when the deadline for submitting the papers came close. Run Fullerton did a great job of getting a bad borrower out of my debt. She accomplished this with the ingenuity of negotiations, so we didn't have to go to court. She only sent a three-day notice to the tenant to make or terminate the contract.

I was consulted and I was confident that this company would undertake my case, so I forced a $3,400 retainer to leave without alcohol. Tiffany Ye was assigned to my case, and from the outset, she taught me in all ways that I might not succeed in my case. So why did your company take on me? (Obvious reason: $$) After spending more than $2,000 over a few months discussing the strategy, Tiffany will decide that he is not capable of communicating effectively with me when he finally agreed to proceed with the submission. The borrowers were great and no longer needed to use lawyers (as Danny suggested, open communication can be a long way off), but I really appreciated the company's efforts. Jessro and Steven know their skills...Stephen wrote a book on tenant and landlord issues. literally. Jessro seems to know a terrible number of lawyers and I guess that the right to guess is Stevens's legal ninja assassin. Steven MacDonald is the most useful and effective in the two recent productions that my customer has.

I am a real estate agent that sells San Francisco apartment to my client. Tenants did not cooperate in open houses and had a major impact on sales. My client decided to leave the house. Now I was asked by another lawyer, but after I handed in the "Leave Notification", the situation was not good and I didn't know how it would end.

Steven met my client with me. He made clear all his misconceptions and doubts. He made it clear how this would end and what to do. After the incident, he asked Monel Palencia for help. (Monel will be reviewed in another paragraph)

As soon as our case came, Monel started. She was a step ahead of the other lawyer. The other lawyer denies having received a "leave notice" to his client and does not have to keep the 60-day deadline. Monel immediately provided evidence of personal delivery to prove that his claim was not based on facts. Since then, the lawyer has stopped lying about.

Danny Wan and Olivia Doppler helped a second case of another rented house. The tenant had a false opinion of what was legal and not acceptable. He turned down my desire for a free house. Danny and Olivia sent a lawyer letter indicating the result of interfering with the sales process, if the agent was acting as "immigration notice".

Steven continued to monitor the entire process in both cases. He is a friendly person. Emails and phone calls were immediately returned from him.

As Steven analyzed, for efficiency and the highest level of professionalism, after explaining to the lawyer that the defense is of no value to the lawyer, the first case tenant decided to leave. Second, the open house happened on schedule, and that particular tenant became very cooperative.

You don't necessarily have to get the cheapest lawyer in this law firm...It's the best in town.  Like other landlords and novelists, when he tries to take money from honest people, he not only talks for the fifth time, but also knows how to solve most cases in court and get to the heart of the situation.

 He has clearly a talent eye for his staff and lawyers, perhaps the most populous of the experts in the legal dispute of the landlord and tenant in San Francisco.  His lawyer, Kavita Sharma, just worked miraculously on my case.  She also showed me the kindness to give me free advice for years.  Over the years, I brought more than five cases to the company, and I got a satisfactory result every time.

Steve Adair McDonald's Danny One and his partner are the best! The victim of the fire in Alamo Square in 2011, my apartment was saved from the actual fire, but my owner's bravado made me lost my way. I had a very good experience working with SAM. From the time I consulted with the administrator by email and asked about the actual commitment to Steven, everything was treated as a professional. Jesro Bush of Stephen Adair MacDonald was our lawyer for a dispute with our landlord. I started dating a man who had my own room, my landlord told me that he wanted to drive me away, and I had received an illegal eviction notice that my boyfriend had moved illegally, ignoring evidence that he had his own room, and I wanted to completely lock in the landlord who refused the landlord's treatment because I was really unreasonable and a bit cruel.
