The Sylvella Act is wonderful. They helped me a few years ago. I received a case of a DUI that I opened for five years without knowing. DUI occurred in 2011. In 2016, time passed and I was helping my friend get his car back from the police. The police also checked with me. I issued an arrest warrant for DUI in 2011. I wasn't thorough enough, and it began to bite me. I spent a day in the jail. I was released and didn't want to deal with surprise. At 101 South off-ramp to Milbray Abe, I got my first red-light camera ticket.  The fine was a 490 dollar high, but it was particularly exorbitant as it turned right on the right lane.  They sent me a citation along with my photo and attached video.  I thought I had no choice but to pay a fine and go to a traffic school.

I got to know the result on the phone with Mike and decided to have him represent me. After all, the result was not as expected, but twice the cost of transportation.

I told Mike that I was quoted in Daily City, and I read information about the ticket, including the officer's last name.  He further asked about the appearance and ethnicity of the Symbolist.  Based on the information, he soon found out who the policeman was. "Oh, I know the police officer ..."

Mike said he was sure that the ticket was easy, but he was about 80% sure that the ticket would be fired. Otherwise, tickets are likely to be reduced to non-point violations.

Over the next 16 months, they contacted me by email about status updates, including the trial and court dates. It ended with Mike appearing in the Traffic Court and his legal assistant informing him of "good news" that he had violated my ticket. Don't say good news! Therefore, in addition to the legal fees, you must pay a letter of appreciation.

If you hire Mike as a simple proxy for traffic violations, such as speed violations, red light violations, lane changes, etc., it's a bet. Perhaps he is just doing basic ways of perpetuating, always pushing the court schedule, hoping that no citators appear or that he does not remember anything about traffic citations. You had better pay the ticket and go to school. Or go to the court, reduce the fine, admit the crime, and go to a traffic school.

Hire the microphone again only if you get into serious trouble, such as DUI.

I desperately needed a great lawyer. I haven't had a traffic ticket for more than 20 years. Six months ago, I got a camera ticket that didn't fight in San Mateo County. Excellent! The Sylvia method is worth a penny. I received a speeding ticket over 100 miles per hour, and my record faced fines and scores. Silveira's law was able to solve all the cases, I had to pay nothing to the state, and the pre-agreed legal costs were lower than the costs of the fine itself.

They handled all the procedures and made them very simple to me. I just gave them my original citation, they processed everything in the background for a few months, and gave me updates periodically every email. I didn't even have to attend court. I made a stupid mistake of driving after drinking a glass of wine for dinner.  I was honestly not drunk, or I was just barely making a fuss.  I actually didn't realize how low the 0.08 threshold is.  

Why I Found A Silver Baila Lawyer:
Mike Silver Beira is an amazing detective lawyer. I got a DUI and was looking for a DUI lawyer. My relatives took the DUI a long time ago, so it's bad when I'm under 21.  Silveira's law has rejected the case and won the DMV hearing.  I received Mike's contact from her, confirmed that the rating for Yelp was high, and called him.  It was easy to hire him, so I got a 15-minute phone call and signed a contract in 15 minutes.

Example:

I never thought it necessary to write a critical note of lawyers like Michael Sylveira or a lawyer. I kept telling Alice that I always apologize to her for meeting us in such a bad situation. Let's say they are the most useful and understandable lawyers! !!! Alice will always be useful in telling me about my case. I had two patients last year. In June last year, when I received a speeding ticket while I was at the roundabout at Oakland Airport Terminal, the speed limit suddenly dropped to 30 miles per hour. When I saw signs and policemen wearing sirens, I had little chance to be late.

The bad news is that the Silviera Act cost an exact amount of money to pay 90 tickets for speeding. The good news is that they kept my case running. I'm sorry that Yelp is not always active. I was sitting next to the bike helmet waiting for my friend, but CHP was close to me with a plan to drive. Frankly speaking, I think one of the officers was a trainee and the other was showing off. Literally, sfpd was sympathetic to make me joke that I should not be there. The lesson I learn is that sfpd is very cool and rational, and CHP is a fool who doesn't care about my speed. Since my first post, Mike has taken in some speeding tickets. It's still great. I commute 45 meters every day. If I run the speed limit, it will be close to an hour. 15m is sufficient five days a week. Mike is wonderful. It helped determine the license and speed limit (65 is random, let's be honest)

This review has been delayed for several months, but if I had to write once about a business, it would certainly be this review.

2014 June-July, I did not stop completely before turning right. It's a red-light camera ticket  Perhaps the worst thing to do than impose a $500 fine on the appearance and record points of the court is my photo - I wasn't looking for volleyball or gangs.

I have decided to look for a lawyer at risk.  I found Mike through Avvo.com, a traffic lawyer, had a relatively good number of reviews, and was totally positive.  He admitted that it was difficult to communicate with both sides, both to convey my request and even to know how to pay.  His fee (for me) was $400.  My idea at the time was that "I wasn't so far away from paying tickets, but I didn't want to have another record".  Even if I couldn't get away from my ticket, I didn't mean to help me.

I'll tell you more, but I've been waiting for a date or a venue to see when and where it will be.  "At least, if you keep pushing it back until you can go to a traffic school, it might be worth it."  And on March 27 (my birthday), he sends me an email saying that this case has been resolved. He exempt me from fines and gave me the point of my record.  Did he contact me every day?  No.  Did he update his situation when a serious incident occurred?  Yes.  Was he always able to answer within a few hours of my phone?  No.  Did he return my phone or email within a day?  Yes.

I have worked under several lawyers. Their achievements vary with their temperament.  They were charismatic if they did a great job.  Most of the time, if they do a bad job, they think it's their fault.  Fortunately, I didn't have to investigate the difference from Mike.  If you are looking for a transportation lawyer for expensive tickets, you may want to minimize damage (or even eliminate all legal or financial damage), use MIKE.  It was the highest investment ever of $400.  Thanks, Mike.  I don't think I need a lawyer anymore, but if so, I know who to call.

I can't help but say that I'm really confused by this idea that Yelp has been unanimously positive about Michael's service. Michael was very responsive to me before I paid him for the job, but after he got the money he stopped responding.

I asked Michael to represent me in November for a ticket for a bad speed violation. In the last six months, he sent at least eight emails asking him for the latest information on the situation. He informed me of the date and time of the trial two or three times, but he did not reply after that. The trial period has passed and I tried to call and email again and again, so I can't get up to date on the results of the trial period. So I wondered if I still had to pay this ticket or was forced to leave.

If a ticket is rejected, it would be great, but how do you know without proper follow-up? When the lawyer was Mia? I'm confused because no other person shares this experience on Yelp.

Michael must have been a life-saving God who got a stop sign and a speeding ticket! One was unconditionally quoted, but the other was rejected. I always use a microphone to solve traffic inquiries.  I received a quote from CHP because I was too close to Pacifica in one country south.  I went to Redwood City, and I was acquitted and decided the date of the trial.  While waiting in court for a day, a SFPD friend suggested to contact him.  I called the office a week before the date of the court was decided, but Mike was able to represent me as a pro bono.   His assistant Alice was very professional and collected all my papers for trial preparation.  Mike dropped my excuse and got a refund from San Mateo County.

When I read this review, I didn't know whether it was real or fake, like many others. I say my experience was great, but I can't say that working with a lawyer is often a great experience.

After a terrible experience with other lawyers, I was introduced to Mike Silveira by them. He answered my on line inquiry in a day and spoke to me shortly after my case. He explained things clearly with confidence and that was useful. It was a standard contract.

For many years, I have received a lot of traffic information.  every time I get one of these  Traffic inquiries, Mike is the person I'm going to.  Mike is 6/6 in the sense that it cancels my traffic inquiry. Yelp Among all the work based on the review, I first chose Mike as a red-light ticket. And I paid a $400 customer fee that was considered good for me. However, I thought my ticket would be obvious, so it was not, but ended up paying an unexpected amount of $500.

Sometimes, reading a review about Yelp, I think it's not all true. However, from his personal experience with Mike, he is the best lawyer in the Bay Area in terms of defending the violation of traveling.

Going to the SFO in Socal's Socal was difficult to show up after failing to get through the ticket. All deals with Mike were done by phone and email. He spoke to me many times.

I chose Mike because I am highly rated for Yelp. Tickets are a moving violation, and points are not what I want to deal with. Mike charged 400 dollars and canceled the ticket. Yes, I'm completely out.

Rollins Road & amp; When I was at the expense of a traffic camera, I found a microphone via Yelp. Mill Brahe Ave intersection with red signal violation. Turn right did not stop completely. Except for the fact that traffic cameras infringe on civil liberties, I never put people or things at risk. Without turning over the casket in Milbray, I still did not look forward to the time and production required to fight this ticket.

I am very happy to have Mike Sylveira as a DUI lawyer.  It's terrible to be arrested and pass through the system, but Mike gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process and spent time explaining everything to me.  My boyfriend recommended Sylvia, but Mike had been giving away his ticket for him.  He was not at all disappointed and was able to turn the DUI into a reckless driver.  

This was really important to me. I didn't need a full-fledged DUI for my record. Yes, I was in trouble.

A few months ago, I was pulled into a double fine zone for speeding. I don't want to lie, and I don't want to exceed the speed limit. But it didn't go as fast as hell. I put three cars behind the red light because the car stopped me on the night of the 19th and hurried to make the lights. It was clear that the speed they caught by the radar was not the speed I went, but the speed of the car that passed me. Soon the policeman and his partner were saying rude and sarcastic to me. So I asked them to give me a ticket, so I can go out.

This is incorrect.
On my way home by car, I kept thinking over and over what had happened. That was not right. So I started looking for a traffic lawyer on line (I didn't use Yelp this time, so I said X). I found two lawyers with an interest in my work, and one of them was Mike Silveira. I sent emails to both the lawyer and the lawyer, and based on that response, I decided to go with Mike.

I received a very clear picture of the WTF, which shows that I am running the red light. After several hours on line, I narrowed the list to about five lawyers. After sending all the first inquiries, I got something like this: 1. No response, 2. With 50/50 or less potential, Palaregal wanted to push you in for money. I recently got a speeding ticket in the city.  The policeman must have caught someone else by radar, I didn't go as fast as he said. I received a stupid red light ticket on the science fiction.  My mother advised me to contact Sylvia Law, who successfully cleared this year's red light ticket.

I knew I could win myself (from the video, I didn't cross the intersection), but I had to think of the time to go to court and fight.  From the past experiences of friends and family, the dollar and US cents must have wasted at least three to four working days, far more than the fixed fee under the Sylvia Act.

I have decided to use the Silveira Act to fight the fake.  Indeed, the court put off my appeal three times (if I tried to fight this alone, I had to take three separate occasions off from work!).  Mike always kept me up to date and assured me that he had discussed the matter.

Mike was completely rejected.  My record lacks point.  There is no school for transportation.  I don't take time out of the busy schedule.  And most importantly, there is no revenue from traffic violations going to the city on charges of this fake.

Don't waste your time and money. Michael Silvera has no experience in hearing DMVs. He actually did not contact us for two months, two months before the hearing. I called him many times, so I could only speak to him one-half hours before the hearing.  He showed no evidence collected. His office didn't know that they needed to receive the information that was submitted by the DMV. They thought it would reach their office. The main evidence was "rejected" in the form of "hearing", and I thought that experienced lawyers should know in advance. In my opinion, he is young and immature. He was very disappointed at the cost of 1,500 dollars.

After I received a red signal violation message in email, I didn't know what to do. I wanted to save the time and effort to fight, but I didn't want it to be recorded. I hadn't contacted my lawyer anything, and I was a little dumb. Recently, I received a VC21453A Red Light ticket from a camera at the corner of ~.  &Hilsdale Burbudd; Dr. Saratoga, San Mateo. I watched a lot of forums on what's best, and I was based on Pleasanton.  Michael "Mike" is a lawyer who recommended Silveira to one of the best...If not best...As for the red camera and the speeding ticket, I called him, but he answered my plea immediately. I don't have time to go in and out of the traffic court... There are much more traffic schools. A week later, Mike called me and gave me good news that my case was fired. Last summer, I went from Houston, Texas to the Bay Area and visited a friend in South Bay, California, and rented a car while I was there. One day I was turning right at the intersection with a red light, and I noticed that my photo was taken by a red light camera. The problem is that I did not stop completely before turning right at the red light. Recently, the red light camera in the bay area incorporates this feature to estimate the speed at right turn. I realize this stupid thing. Because I'm a very careful driver and I haven't got tickets for the past six years. In addition, the red signal violation taken by the camera seems to be a violation that moves outside of Texas.

Long story. A few weeks later, I was charged $30 by a car rental, and then I realized that it was the cost to send a notice to the court. Two weeks after the court, I received the notice with a stupid ticket of $900! !! I'm half a graduate student! ! I called several lawyers and the lawyer's fee was as high as a Bay Area ticket.

I was really lucky because Michael paid my ticket at a reasonable price. Michael is sensitive and knows many local and court judges. Especially recommended for Bay Area traffic violations.

Michael dropped my ticket unconditionally, but I had to pay all the tickets and court fees in addition to his charges.  Still, it was not clear that the violation would appear in my driving record.  I was eligible to enter a school of transportation, and the violations were not recorded at all.  My advice: Go to an on line transportation school unless you have other options.

The worst lawyer! He took me the money, but I didn't hear from him. Every time, I had to call him/email to know the situation in my case. and finally he said: When the policeman appeared, he could not defend at all, so we lost the case. not even reduce the amount of fines. Mike was knowledgeable and efficient!  He helped me to compete for illegal U-turn tickets, so I was fired!

I was shocked when I got a ticket. There was no sign of going back and forth from outside the country, and I didn't know about the law that illegal U-turns would take place in the business district. I've done a lot of research on line, but I didn't say anything about whether the violations outside the state would affect my state records or insurance. I decided to look for a lawyer at the science fiction who would know how to do this violation.

Thank you for your help. I had never been involved in any inflexible violations or hired a traffic lawyer before, and I didn't really know what the process was.  When I first replied by email, Mike told me what to do.  He sent me a check covering the violation and his services.  Then he informed me when the first hearing began.  When the day came, he appeared in the court (I did not need to appear, and I was glad that the airfare was saved) and got the date of the hearing.  He gave me the date and time of the hearing, but I didn't need to show up again.  The next email I receive is the email that informs me that my ticket has been rejected.

It's not a fake review! Mike helped me! I was entrusted to him with everything. I had a clear red light in the recording San Mateo recorded with the camera. I received my "strange" face letter and desperately went to find a lawyer. Last year I got a ticket to run the stop sign in Auckland.  This place is basically a trap. Later, I learned that the people I work with are also on tickets here.  He paid a $238 fine and decided to fight rather than take points on his license.  Through a positive review of Yelp, I found Mike.  His commission was $400.  The case was eventually dismissed by court.  No fines, fees, points, or transportation schools.  I went to trial and did nothing but contact the first phone or email.  It took about eight months overall.  It's a great achievement and a great job for Mike.

I had a red-light ticket, so I was undecided and convicted. At that time, I contacted Mike and helped me. Silveira was a specialist in traffic and helped Redwood turn right on the red camera ticket that was about to stop my license. He was very useful from the beginning, from the first communication, first raised the suspension and then explained the steps to fight the ticket. He succeeded in both jobs - my suspension on hold was canceled and one month later my ticket was fired. And his fee was less than the amount spent on my ticket, just because I received it and went to the traffic school.

3 red signal tickets received. Since May of this year, I have received a notice of violation.  

11 month, received a fourth ticket in Kings County, I was worried that I would be desperate and suspended. I called a lot of traffic lawyers and they said that I had received all my red light cases, that I had little chance to reopen it, and that I had no chance to win.

I thought about a traffic lawyer about Yelp and decided to call Mike. He said that his telephone work was very professional and that he would go to the court and try it himself. Late at night when I got lost, I was drawn into the red light camera in Auckland without noticing the light, looking for on-ramp and transforming.
