My husband and I found our property with Shaban and worked happily.  We were here and there looking at beautiful high end residential areas and commercially zoned disasters.  Shaban was honest, professional and indecisive.

The next day, when it was necessary to inspect the engineer, he managed to get in line with the best in Tokyo.  He had a connection with excellent advice.  Finally, I realized that Shaban was forced to choose real estate with complex lease and bank ownership issues.  Thanks to him, we all worked in our favor.

We are looking forward to inviting Shaban to a warm house when our construction is over and we move.

Shaban sold my Call Valley Condo in a very successful deal.  He ran an efficient process, recommended a good vendor, and most importantly, provided very good price advice.  He is skilled and experienced, so I always work with him again.

There was a lot of stress in buying a house, but working with Shaban was not one of them. He was calm and clever, and he calmed us when he was called, and he moved us when he needed it. He also partnered us with a big mortgage broker. I hope I won't buy the house again, but at least I hope I won't buy it in a crazy city, but if so, I'll call him back.  (I didn't hurt you to go out to eat with carp at the end!)

Shaban helped his wife, I bought the first house, and the service and professionalism he received from him were not the happiest for us.  He was diligent, did his homework on each property we had seen, and, in the course of bidding (and seeing so much property), he appealed to the agent of the seller.  We visited many houses together and he was sure to point out the problems about a particular house that we had never thought about and which eventually became important to us.  

He cautioned us not to bid too much for a particular property, and at the same time confirmed that the bidding we made was a competitor.  

His services are no longer recommended.

In contrast to the other two reviewers here, I was actually a Shaban client, different from the disappointed client of the other real estate agents.  Shaban did a great job selling my house in Noe Valley.  He is surprisingly sensitive to bringing home to market at the timing I want, and when I say "go", everything happened efficiently at an unexpected speed.  In particular, my house needs a little adjustment, I need to paint here and there, Shaban takes care of everything (e.g., arrangements for contractors, attendance at work, etc.), always updating me, I always got full information.  He has guided me professionally in the process of receiving an offer, finally accepting one of them and closing the deal.  In short, he is three steps ahead of me and I can't recommend him any higher.

If Shaban is given more than five stars, I will do it in a moment. Shaban bought me a wonderful house, which is special about his job. At each stage of the process, he led us wisely, considered from every angle, extended our way to the next stage, and encouraged us to live in this house, having a vision for our family instead. He made very stressful and complicated transactions as smooth as possible. I don't think there's a better real estate agent, and I can't imagine working with anyone else.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at home with Shaban. He was very patient with us and spent time understanding our needs and desires. We saw many houses. It was realized when I found someone who had fallen in love with Shaban. He is the owner of a multi-homer, a building manager and a lawyer, so we gave him personal and professional level advice.
