Scott is a very good lawyer who takes time to discuss and answer customer questions before taking legal action. He will give advice and options on legal progress. After the desolation of the real estate market and the attendance of many disappointed and open houses,  My husband and I jumped at the opportunity to buy the house I had rented.  

I decided to indulge in my request to the landlord by not involving the broker, but still needed real estate documents and sound advice.  This was a new area for us as our first buyer.  Scott's expertise and gentle attitude were calm and confident throughout our entire process.  We had to run into a block of roads and extend Escrow twice, but Scott put us on track.

As a business lawyer, I have been specialized in Mr. Scott for the past few years. "Do you know a good lawyer?"  No, no, no, no...Scott Okamota specializes in the Real Estate Act and landlords and renting cases.  Some of you will know that I have been working for real estate finance for a long time, so I should know a good real estate lawyer, right?  Fix the command.  Scott joined T.
