We were a small software company and we had a few years of small jobs, so we didn't have legal representation.  In the end, he made a big contract with a company that had decided to not need help and tried to renew the contract.  It was complicated, we knew the fact was on our side, but we knew it was crushed by a big company.  Of course, in our case, we suffered from the fact that we signed without lawyers.  Based on the Yelp's opinion, we decided to cooperate with the SSK to see if there were any good cases.  After examining the facts, Mr. Brandon Smith picked up the case and advised us that working for reconciliation is the best way.  Brandon read our documents, which were largely partial and complex.  But what surprised me was a sharp summary of the facts that gave us confidence to move forward.  Money is worth it.  I had had a bad experience with my lawyer at an early stage, and I was anxious that my blood would pass.  There were no further mistakes with SSK.  Before spending a lot of money, I received great advice early on and I built a lot of trust in the approach taken.  They negotiated with the other lawyer on our behalf and worked with us all the time.

I had been preparing for a long time, but in a few months the other party returned to the table and negotiated a very satisfactory settlement.  We were no longer satisfied with the services, honesty, and great advice that led to this success.  My concern about having representatives with companies with "software experiences" quickly opened the window.  In my research, I talked to other lawyers who claim expertise in this field, but in the process, we were getting soaked.  However, Brandon and the SSK team (which also showed that peer reviews were being conducted) have had great results with great value.

I am Scherer, Smith & You have signed a contract with. Kenny advises me on legal issues in small businesses. The legal questions relate to the business law concerning the establishment, merger and legal contracts of transactions. The lawyer in my contract was hard to understand as an amateur. Also, I didn't want to make a business contract unless I know what the parameters are.

I explained these agreements and looked for a law firm that could help "talk to lawyers", simplify and streamline procedures, and communicate effectively.

However, before adopting this company, three other companies in San Francisco asked for information about the same legal fees and legal practices, and the company lacked the understanding of my specific needs. Skyler, Smith, & Kenny was a lawyer for our company for four years. They helped us set up three companies. C-Corporation, S-Corporation, and non-profit organizations play a role as our legal counsel in terms of various contracts and legal matters. I have worked with both mega fans and individual managers in the past, but Scherer, Smith is much better than anyone I've ever met. In short, it provides a simple solution to complex problems, but this is not usually said about law firms. He has a wide range of expertise in corporate structure, entrepreneurship, employee, real estate, and various conflicts that inevitably arise in business. During the most difficult conflict, they can ease the conflict and move toward a calm and rational solution. The days I spent with them are rewarded, they are wonderful, honest, and friendly people, and I enjoy spending time with them.  Despite success, you can receive 1-2 hours of notification of emergency issues and pay reasonable fees. I can't recommend them enough.
