Benjamin Santos opened his own company before establishing Santos' law firm. He started practicing the law in San Francisco in 1995. Emmanuel Santos, with Benjamin, started the CPA business in 1996. When Emmanuel passed the bar exam in 2014, they decided to sign the partnership.

Emmanuel Santos is the managing partner of the LLP's Santos and Santos legal office. He got his Doctor of Juris from John F. Kennedy University, San Francisco State University Tax Master's and Indiana University (Bloomington) Bachelor of Science.
Currently, the state of California is authorized to enforce the law and registered with the U.S. Tax Court. Certified Public Accountants, IRS Registry Agents, Real Estate Brokers, Insurance and Securities Licenses. He is currently a member of the California Legal House, the San Francisco Bar Association, the U.S. Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Bar Association for Asia, and the Philippines Bar Association for Northern California.
He is currently the chief financial officer of the Richmond Elmet Foundation. a non-profit organization in San Francisco His legal experience includes work on matters related to the trust and real estate plans of other lawyers.
