Frankly speaking, I don't understand why this man is still allowed to do law in California. In short, he is incompetent. He seldom, if ever, submits documents to the court on time, but makes inappropriate statements to the judge and is frequently admonished. He was scattered, his appearance was confused, and he was in disorder even to appear in court with a pair of spectacles. It seems that he doesn't work. I witnessed him several times in court and followed several cases. He seems to take action to judge that other lawyers are incompetent, and as far as I know, he makes them a trick.
