Last night, I sent Richard a Yelp message and this morning I got the first call back. He answered my questions kindly and quickly, and I said that I don't seem to need to keep his service (in my case straightforward), but several times over, I received additional questions.

10 When I applied for a green card a year ago, I hired a lawyer in NYC where I lived. When I called the lawyer, and after all the allegations, I was about to run after him, I had called him out, except for his servant, Richard, on the other hand, was willing to answer my question and encouraged me to call him if I had anything else. I've decided that there's no need to hire him.

For those who are angry with his short phone call, most lawyers charge in a minute. Richard talks for free. He provides legal services. I don't know why everyone expects a crooked conversation when they first talk on the phone. Nevertheless, I was a little nervous about this (i.e., a veteran and perfectionist), and Richard was still enthusiastic about my naughty questions and was in a good mood.

Tldr, it's worth consulting with Richard on the phone to see what he thinks. From the culture I saw from the East Coaster and many other points, I might like it. )

My husband and I were initially overwhelmed by the adjustment of the status/green card process, but Richard made everything honest and stress free. To be honest, I couldn't do it without him.

Richard was frank about everything. During the free phone consultation, I explained the whole process in detail, explained it to /again/ when we met directly, gave me the exact processing time, and told me which documents to prepare before the interview. Everything (EAD, interview, green card) was wrapped up in a year, so it was amazing considering the processing time of the others.

I don't know his professional skill as a lawyer, but for 10 seconds on the phone with Richard, I couldn't say that he was just a professional, and it was rude.

After I immediately introduced myself, he said:
"What about you? (5:30) I want to run away because I'm late."


What if the handling of potential customers (and $$$ in the future) becomes complicated and the current customers have doubts and concerns? They were fabricated or Richard had a bad day when I called.

Instead, I called another lawyer and it seemed much more professional to practice. It is worth seeing elsewhere in this region.

The other day, he was released on parole and began a business trip in a few weeks, wanted to hear the opinion of a lawyer traveling with an AP, asked a question from another law firm, and asked everyone except Richard to come to see him for a fee. I usually don't stop reviewing Elip  But I really wanted to.  I left him at his door  Obtain permanent residency and apply for citizenship.   I called him and explained my situation  and promised  It took about 30 minutes for my consulting. He was very friendly and explained what I should do.   Usually, the lawyer would request a visit or a telephone consultation, but he didn't charge me at all.  he said, "He charged me with a crime at the time because I had to apply for citizenship in four months.  Compared to other lawyers, his prosecution is much less.

Seeing his enthusiastic review of Yelp, I called Richard. I plan to get married in October 2016. I want to get married to non-American people who have been living abroad for over three years, and use the services of lawyers to do my best. how to marry and submit the proper papers.  We spoke quickly, but he spoke generously (like a machine that returns the same message), somewhat irritated, answered a few questions quickly, and then he said that he must go.  When I asked for time to speak with him, he said that he didn't have a direct meeting because 50 people are calling like me a day, and only to call him back.  Okay, okay, okay, that's fair enough...  

so I hung up. I felt very stressed at the information he had put.  He said that marriage abroad is too much, so he's trying to find his favorite answer to America, rather than asking basic advice about how to get married after three months.  This advice may be true, but I think it's important to determine the reality of each client and whether it's possible for the client in question.  For us, the choices he provided were impossible, and we didn't want time to work on other useful choices.

Personally, I wish my secretary had promised me when she had time to speak slowly with Richard.  But the world is not perfect...  If that...

I'll call Richard again soon after I hang up and tell his fiancee what Richard said. I'd like to ask him a simple question that could ease the stress conversation of the previous two minutes. Ring, Ring - The secretary was transferred to Richard six seconds later (although he should have had another meeting).  He politely says that just talking now was quick to follow up, but he says he doesn't have time and says he can call back at 12 o'clock.

If you understand me, it was his way of speaking.  Excuse me.  He knew that I was calling from abroad in different time zones.  

so I hung up.  I'm sorry, but having talked to a more pleasant lawyer, it was too much trouble to call him back.

I met Richard more than three years ago. She came from Thailand (we met in Bangkok at the home party) and we got married. With the help of Richard, he applied for a green card (the first two-year card arrived within two months), received a renewal (valid for 10 years) and finally helped us with the interview process. I heard a lot of long, difficult, complicated stories about immigration procedures. He had various troubles.
I decided to hire a lawyer to reduce my stress, but I didn't think it was such a good experience.

I'm not impressed at all. We hired Richard and came together for the interview. Because my wife gave birth that day, I sent someone to interview...The first man I met answered the interview, said nothing and gave no advice. The interview ended because INS is looking for more information. I think I had to resubmit the sponsorship documents, but I didn't understand it at that time. My Story: I lived in Toronto, and my wife lived in California now. My wife and I, like many others, were trying to deal with our immigration problems with a very tight budget.  We tried to apply ourselves and went to get a "free" legal consulting.  We soon found that we should stand on top of ourselves and call a lawyer apart.  

We have set up a meeting with people who met at a "free" legal meeting.  After meeting this man, we encountered many conflicts in the process of filing, and the lawyer did not encourage us to be positive or guarantee that things would work. ... ... He took hope and life from us...It goes without saying that a few hundred dollars can be spent on the hour I met them for a few hours.   Instinctively, he said that this was not our man.  

We (wife's &) Since I had been away for nearly two years due to a visa merger (I got married on a tourist visa), his proposal recommended my wife to go back to Japan and I was able to process the documents here.  It may take months or more, but we didn't know.  This news struck us down.

I read the review here, watched his video on his website, and then called Richard.  After talking on the phone, I was sure he would be the partner to my green card application, but I had to confirm with my husband.

Richard has a complete understanding of the process and has been engaged in this work for a long time.  It is a little less to worry about the day of the interview because it is located one block away from the immigration office.

At the first meeting, Richard gave us a checklist of the documents that we needed to apply for, so we didn't have any idea what we needed.  My advice is to prepare all the documents he requested for the second meeting, and to prepare all the applications when he meets him for the third meeting.  If you don't have everything he wants, don't panic, call him and he will put it in order.

what-to-say wheel  !!! a classic Schmak lawyer Two years ago, I contacted this sad excuse for my lawyer and helped me with my case. The simple money of Koromodecek is perfectly fine. I asked him to send me the first paper job to start processing while I was in Mexico. He said, I returned them. He sent them back to me to confirm. explain a misspelling to him  My wife's last name. It is very refreshing to work with a lawyer who doesn't take any money to receive the phone. The employer asked about the migrants of the employees who were invested/supported by the employer. I called the other three offices that wish to pay more than 100 and answered a simple question if they help me. If you're looking for an immigration lawyer, don't look at it anymore!  Richard is your opponent!  

My husband and I searched for the right lawyer, and finally chose Richard, the result of his great criticism, and eventually 100% was true.  Through this process, he is able to answer not only the super-good people you are very stressed out, but also all the questions you have.  If we don't call + him, he will call us in a day or two hours.  I can get an answer as soon as I email.  

Richard answered the question with confidence that he would get everything he needed to make this process a success.  He does all the uninteresting things, such as filling out the form or bringing in the documents, and easily guides you through all the other necessary tasks.  Richard was on it, so we didn't think we were forgetting something.

I had been looking for a good immigrant manager for two years until I found Richard in Elip. For Richard, I don't know where to start. I had to apply for a green card to my mother and sometimes consult a lawyer. I'm surprised at this man's wonderful comment. I'm looking for a lawyer to help my husband buy a green card. I saw Richards' websites and videos, but he was really like a man trying to help people. He thought he had something to do with his parents saying they were immigrants. After calling for free consultation, he asked me to explain my situation (advertised on his website). I explained to my Mexican-born husband that he wanted a green card, but he said to my husband who lived in the US for life. "I don't do that. It's a number to help a woman named Nancy speak Spanish."
On his website, he helps with green cards in marriage, so he says, "I don't know why you don't explain the meaning of that type. He said, "I don't help Mexican (Mexican) people of that type (Mexican)
. It goes without saying that Nancy (the lawyer he told me) spoke Spanish!

Thank you to all the eliers who submitted a review about Richard. I called it Richard because a panel of reviews about the Irish Immigration lawyer's problem rang the bell. He talked to me on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes, free of charge, and gave me great advice.  His work, his kindness and politeness moved me very much. This person must be the most comfortable and professional-level immigration officer to live in North America.  Even immigration officials will smile when they walk in the room. He's simple, doesn't play games, and has a big smile, and he teaches us how to do it. And the most important thing is to teach us how to do that. Evaluate the situation and move in the correct direction. If he can't help you, he will tell you who can do it. It's the best thing to do.

I don't know how happy I was with Richard after Mayok and Elliot went to hell. He knows what he is doing, is very kind and very reasonable.
Everything has worked so well that you may find the immigration problem a lot of fun. I introduced some foreign friends to him and they all shared my opinion.

I went to Richard for naturalization paperwork. I was previously arrested, and more importantly, I was Palestinian and when I submitted the immigration documents I was not very successful (the processing of the green card took eight years and six years were checked in the background). Anyway, when I met Richard and explained my situation, he was convinced that my application was simple, it would take three to four months to complete, and I was confident. Of course, based on my previous experience at INS, I didn't believe his schedule, but I thought what would happen. As you can see, he was right, fingerprinted in February, prepared a week before the interview in early April, then he came with me to interview, went very smoothly, received the Civil Rights Oath Ceremony held on 4-26, and I got a Civil Rights Certificate. It took about three months to complete, and now I can apply for an American passport.

Richard helped my husband and my husband with the green card application/documentation.  I know that there are many lawyers who specialize in the same thing, but here Richard is a really wonderful and fun person.  In addition, his ability, organization, and amazing charges are not necessary (he will tell all costs in advance somewhat accurately).  There are many high-spirited, annoying and self-centered lawyers who go outside, so it's a refreshing change.  In general, I don't like to associate with lawyers, and I chose not to attend law school, especially because I decided I didn't have the level of ego-mania I needed.  Richard is a completely different story, and I definitely recommend it to anyone working on immigration issues.
