Michael Phelps is a great lawyer. He is very rational, kind to personality, and doesn't feel his problems are too small. Note: He is very busy! !!! I've used him for issues that my employer proposed, contract reviews and contract negotiations. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially to individuals and small businesses.
