About

Prior to forming the Paul Law Group, Paul worked for a Sirkin Paul Associates company. In his previous career, he served as an associate general counsel for the Fortune 500 technology services company. Her trading experience during her tenure as the Associate General Counsel included venture capital finance, building and negotiating complex software licenses, strategic alliances, and responsibilities for acquiring and leasing real estate. Paul received a degree in San Diego State University and a degree in law at San Francisco University.

Paul Law Group is a real estate business that focuses on renting activities related to joint ownership, division and ownership. They represent individuals who have problems with trading real estate, such as the preparation of sales contracts, building and documentation of loans, and advice on development contracts. This includes ground use, planning, and zoning issues (e.g., Easement, Lot Line Adjustment, new development, etc.). The Paul Law Group's guidelines, which represent individual owners and HOAs (including Due Diligence Review, Davis Stirling's compliance guidance, and dispute resolution), recognize that individual family ownership is one of the most important decisions about life and is worthy of careful consideration and advice. It's ethical, very useful, very kind to talk over the phone!

A housing loan company recommended Lisa to process the apartment conversion. After speaking briefly on the phone, I looked at two or three documents and returned an honest and educated answer based on the current law. But he didn't give us the answer we wanted.  

I explained that I could fight, but since May 2005, the "Battle Market" that drove people to Ellis Law buildings has not been very promising.

Don't call your servants and ask them for an hour to look into the law!

Of course, we wanted to go through the entire conversion process, but it seems that it does not happen because there was a past eviction in the creation of the TIC group.

She is the best real estate lawyer I've ever worked with. Sharp, turn the documents quickly on the ball. Very deep knowledge of command conversion and shared TIC issues. She was working with Andy Sarkin at the time, but for my money, she is a good law firm for me to look into the SF Condo Conversion filth. She is on #1.

When the members of the TIC were divided, Lisa Paul was hired for mediation.
The situation is even worse. If she didn't intend to sign the letter, she drafted with bullying and threats.
I strongly advise you not to approach this law firm.

My encounter with Lisa Paul was great with the acquisition of TIC from my partner. I didn't have much time to finish the transaction. The appointment with Lisa was held on Tuesday and it had to be completed by Friday the same week before Lisa could finish the transaction. Lisa had to accept several changes to her schedule to meet for the first time.

The most moving thing I've been impressed with is that Lisa immediately understood the time sensitivity of our case. She threatened to finish the contract in two and a half days. Even my husband was moved - I didn't think I could! For TIC issues, Lyssa is definitely recommended.
Lyssa. I think she is stubborn and knowledgeable, but her personal language was clear whether she had an expert opinion. I think some people don't warm up to Lisa's style, but I feel refreshed by the lawyers who carefully canned the food so they don't make me angry. I want a straight shooter, Lisa!

Finally, Lisa was very close. I call and email and often reply within a few hours within a day. No one else can get it!

I had a terrible experience with Lisa Kay Paul, who was chosen as a mediator of the TIC conflict. She was in favor of medical marijuana, obviously on the side of it, and she was defeated in two or three meetings.

I strongly suggest that you spend extra money or wait for extra time, after this meeting with the strong conservative, clearly acknowledge their calm attitude.

Hiring a lawyer is a satisfying experience in giving valuable insight and guidance.

Sadly, Lisa Paul seems unable to do this. It is not clear whether she lacks intelligence or knowledge. She can't communicate in a clear and concise way with a skilled lawyer  To make matters worse, she is very glad to continue talking almost endlessly about topics she knows little or no, and is not qualified to consult with.

The previous comments about the patient are interesting.  If anyone wants to have $375 an hour, it may make sense to hire her. If a professional lawyer wants to try it elsewhere.

Rissa Paul was responsible for writing the TIC agreement that turned into a nightmare.  This word is very unfair, and I'm surprised that anyone who has morals would write such an agreement.  I didn't have any more knowledge at that time, so I signed it.   If you get back in time...Regrets will not come to pass.

She was wonderful when Lisa reached an agreement on TIC.  She is a rare entity that combines knowledge of science fiction's real estate, experience predicting controversial issues, and patience to support new landlords through complex processes.  And even after the sales were completed, she continued to accept the questions and helped her a lot.  I sincerely recommend Lisa Paul Lowe.

We were sent to Mrs. Paul by Amande Jones, the wonderful Sothebis realtor.  With regard to the Real Estate Act, especially the San Francisco Real Estate Act, I do not think about any more.  Having learned a difficult method, it is cheaper to do it right for the first time.  See Mrs. Paul every time you buy or fight!  If we plan properly with our type of ownership, we already know that she will save us money and trouble.  Please consult with her to create an appropriate sharing agreement before the problem occurs later.

When it became difficult to dismantle the TIC for many years, we were referred to Lisa Paul by a real estate company. Rissa was a professional, practical, knowledgeable person who gave us expert advice. She was also fair and ethical, and on our side, we were able to mediate transactions with minimal time and effort.
