My experience was completely different from Edmund L·
, as I mentioned on the list of other National Legal Associations. As I said, Mr. Kim helped me and my family for a long time. He has worked on my car accidents and rental contracts, and I've always been happy with the results. He spent time explaining the problem in my case and I strongly recommend him.

Last year, after a car accident (my first major), I was panic and I didn't know how to proceed with all the processes to resolve my claims. The police report showed that I was the main party to the accident, but I did not, and I felt that there was a mistake in the police report. I didn't think the police wrote the report fairly for me, but I felt that discrimination was involved (another story). I was introduced by my friend to the NLA to fight instead. I mainly worked with Winnie, a senior para-legal. They were always very sensitive and hearty to listen to me. She helped save the whole process from a very smooth and tedious task. I am very satisfied with the service and settlement with insurance companies. Thank you for Winnie and National Legal Associates. We strongly recommend this company if you want the real help of the law firm.

Kim has dealt with all my cases since 2005. Last year, I received an E-2 visa, (many updates), and a green card application. He is very helpful, professional, always solving the problem.
When I am in trouble (sometimes I say) and need advice, he is wonderful and helpful. I will definitely recommend him.

Last year, I had a very bad experience dealing with my DUI case with Mr. Kim. My conversation was professional, but now I exaggerate my experience of dealing with DUI issues and seemed interested in giving my first check. I said I would leave the country and deal with my case for me, and he said he would attend a hearing that would miss me.
His first mistake was not Alameda, but to send important documents to the DMV office in Sacramento. My driver's license was automatically suspended without hearing it at all because it was not fixed within 10 days. I asked him to see if he would deal with my case properly while I was out, so he was convinced that it was. I didn't know this mistake until it was too late, but I received a notice that I stopped after weeks.
I relied on another lawyer to deal with my remaining cases and was very satisfied with the results. I felt that I had made a serious mistake, so I asked Kim to refund, but at first I didn't reply, so I could refund a little, but I still offered some services, so I said I didn't give a full refund. He attended my hearing, but a lawyer who carelessly offers services is not recommended to impose a very serious punishment on the customer.
Kim is not recommended.

Did you know that Yelp has an automatic filter to screen out reviews based on its own (secret) criteria? Me too. What you need to know is that the last nine reviews in National Legal Associates are positive, but all have been excluded because of an unknown reason. If you want to get a sense of this company that I've had a great experience with, find a small blue link at the bottom of the page that says "9 filters", click it, and read its review.
