I've had a very frustrating problem with my neighbors in my apartment for the past year. I finally decided to seek legal help. Based on the review of Yelp, I was able to call this company and talk to Michael McLaughlin. That was a great start!
I knew the problems of the owner of the neighborhood apartment and the issues of handling the HOA board, so I knew right away that he had "got it."
Frankly speaking, I told you the initial cost to hold him. I appreciated how sincere he was and felt hope. An hour later, I called him to ask him if he could send me some more questions by email. He completely agreed with it and I sent C&A of the apartment for review.

Unfortunately, my situation is too severe and I can't solve it easily. From his experience, he told me how long the suit would take (perhaps expensive). He said he was sorry for giving this news, but he said he was familiar with the functions of the HOA board. At least, with my long and frustrated experience on my own board, it was realized. The California law also said that when the C&A&A comes into effect, directors and business men are not strictly regulated in terms of liability. This will lead to frank discussions on financial costs and future risks. It was a depressing story, but Michael suggested another way.
Michael also agreed that there was no clear way for me to win in court.

My five-star review is not based on the work he has actually done. His honesty, his efficiency, his experience, and his ability to get to the point of conversation are entirely based on my idea. I love bringing bad guys to justice and winning for my clients! Michael, who had been in contact with me on the phone when I needed to speak, didn't charge me a cent, and his account of the fact was perfectly reasonable. If I want to spend two or three years (and a small fortune) on this matter, I know he is my representative.

Andrés Sánchez and I moved out of the tenant.  The joy of working together was quick to react and was always available.  Andrés and his company are familiar with the House Lease Law.  I had a problem, but the tenant, like other tenants in the building, was a health risk to himself and had to be removed.  Throughout the process, Andrés consulted me step by step, worked out the plan, and quickly made a resolution.  His para-regal and other lawyer support staff were also helpful and professionally sound. I am very pleased with this result and would like Andres to represent me again if necessary.

When I tried to ask someone, I had a difficult tenant problem. I called and got to Malcolin Sanchez. I'm one of the honest and open people who have not much experience in legal matters in the past. They did the minimum to get through the work and asked me for as much money as possible to get out of the situation. Ironically, their claimants seemed most familiar, but I think I was used to hearing how expensive she is now to get minimal help for situations like the Bay Area. I don't recommend them much because they have drawn money out of me, but I think that's what you got right now that you don't have much legal experience. I learned expensive lessons.

Andrés is wonderful.  I spoke to five lawyers before I met him, and I thought I should have met him first.  (To be honest, I would like to find a good lawyer in this town, have the qualification to have the necessary expertise, listen to your needs, and associate with someone close to dating).  

When I first called Andrés, he looked at how useful he was to me and planned to meet me that week.  He was perfect, and he informed me when the clock began, he kept my finances in mind, asked me a lot of questions, answered my questions, gave me some solid advice, and made a detailed contract that was specially organized to suit my needs.  He was very professional, despite his sense of humor and timely driving out all my phone and email.  

I would like to recommend him as I will always return to Andres in the future.  He is good at doing things.

I called with a fairly simple legal question about Bill's new resident.  I spoke to the secretary general Angelica. He listened to this question and promised that the lawyer would call me back.  In an hour Isaac Jacobson gave me a ring.  As I said, it was a simple question, but he answered it thoroughly in five minutes.  He said that I offered him to pay the time. "No, sir.  This was a simple question.  Remember, if you really have problems in the future."

I will do so.  I thought they were useful lawyers after getting information. Obviously, they are not crazy about running up their watches.

I love professional teams!  Michael really knows what he has, he's smart when he comes, and he's not afraid to do what he needs to do right away. How reassuring he is that there are mad tenants rustling the buildings. And a solution is needed. Quick!  Don't give up your time to a lawyer who may finish his job. Michael was a great help to me. I suddenly faced the problem of a tenant. He worked with me, understood the situation, and really understood my options one by one. He was always quick to answer me on weekends. When the problem of the residents was solved, the sale of the apartment turned into another complex situation. Michael's the best! The reason I felt uneasy about renting in San Francisco was because the city was notorious for its love for renting and was afraid of making mistakes. I'm glad to see Michael. I was very dissatisfied with the representatives I received from Johnny Ye about the dispute with the Landlord Association. Michael worked on a project to remove tenants for emergency maintenance, handled all contacts with tenants on behalf of landlords, coordinated the project between contractors, owners, renters and property management companies, and Michael, who did not know when 30 emails were sent a day, violated the agreement, but all ran smoothly from start to end. Michael is like a very good synthetic oil where all parts of the system work seamlessly. He is a great expert, and up to this point he knows the Act of Renting so that no one else can!

It takes four to five months to evict the residents, and compared to the horrific story of the housing crisis I hear, it is quite short. They know what they have, in the process they solve the problem very thoroughly and have my house. After living on the homeless for a few months, I move my family.

Johnny analyzed my start-up partnership agreement and helped me find potential pitfalls and scenarios between my partner and me.  I respect and trust my business partners, but he advised us to seek legal advice before signing our partnership. While no one wants to think about the ramifications of cooperation, Johnny has been able to give me a keen observation from the point of view of the case how terms and conditions affect the outcome of the case.  His idea really motivated us to change some of the conditions of the contract.

This review has expired. It was hard to find a pro-law lawyer in San Francisco, and the lawyer I found was not easy to spend. Andrés is a very capable and efficient real estate lawyer, but also because of my situation in expelling my family, he is deeply concerned about our customers. I thank Andrés for his kindness. Andrés must be one of the most experienced and competent real estate lawyers in San Francisco and Auckland. I can't completely express how much I respect him, and how much I have relied on him to do the Auckland rental business. He dealt with five things, each of which was different and each solved with good results.

Andrés has a deep understanding of the laws of land ownership in jurisdictions such as Auckland, where renters receive many protection and failures involve landlords. He always helped us to understand the choices of the people in question, and was as effective in making and implementing legal strategies to suit the individual facts of each case.

I was impressed by the breadth of his experience and the ability to adapt to changing situations. He deals with some irrefundable problems for us. They also deal with very difficult and annoying cases and break commercial lease contracts. And this is the best way. Auckland is a great rental market, but it must always be in the best condition. And Andres helped us. He is the best.
