After sharing all my circumstances, Terry said he would help me to a great extent, so I agreed to hire him. He made me read a book once, but he spent many times talking about why I could not legally carry out the work I employed. He didn't listen to the details in the first conversation, and misinformed me of his ability to help me legally. After all, I had to pay hundreds of dollars for a page of paper and rewrite it because it wasn't enough to make a name or fact something concrete. I condemned the law itself and sent me two or three bills, rather than admitting that he was defending, and that we did not know the law concerning my situation when we first spoke or did not hear any concrete words. He didn't do as he said.

When my father lived in my house, he hired Terry Mayo on the floor of his death. I asked, but Mr. Mayo said he could make a plan of real estate, including a will and a trust. He came to my house and we met the papers when they were finished for the first time. He taught us the appropriate procedure 1. Have a notary present, sign the document, 2. Find and pass the bank account number you found to fund the trust. Furthermore, after my father's death, the banking business continues without a break.
After my father died, I read the documents for the first time. The will had the names and addresses of my father, me, or those unknown to my relatives. The letter of trust was not received by the bank's legal department.
When I called Terry Maillo and informed him of the error, I received my original payment and said I should use it as if I had no will.

I was calling here and there in search of a probed lawyer with the help of my grandmother's agent. I called various referral services and lawyers, but none of them were interested in taking enough time to listen to what I needed, unless they paid an outrageous consultation fee. Mary Mayo took me personally. She was interested in listening to what I needed. I don't agree with Reagen E. Because after the preliminary investigation, she seemed to know exactly what I said and what I should do.

Mary Maillo, in my opinion, was not true! Also, Mary Mayo seems to have had a short cut, and Mary Mayo didn't complete the exam with all the factors in mind!  Also, Mary Mayo seems to have manipulated me to remove him from the executioner just to appoint him as executor. Mary Mayo did not care about the land issue (receiving payment for executor)! I will lose 75 acres of land because I will not pay attention to the real estate side of this test (and then there are many questions left). The executor is responsible for the fulfillment of all the will of the deceased. This is true!      

Reading her point of view is a perfect and complete SMOKE SCREEN! !! She lied to me again and again! !!!!!!!!!!!

The reason why Mayo gained a lot of good reputation is honesty, honesty, integrity,
It seems very strange, but I looked at three lawyers in front of her. Why? I have no choice but to say that I can't accomplish anything, and they all seemed interested in working for the "opponents" (Probate, not against).

Thank you, Mary Mayo.  I enjoyed working with you for four months.  You immediately replied to my phone or email and guided me to get the answers you need to answer the questions.  You are a real expert and give your lawyer a good name.   If you need it, we recommend it to your family or friends.

My previous attorney at law retained my suit for nearly two years.  It would have taken about six to nine months for the exam to be granted to me and my brother by listening to our request to be assigned a title.  Instead, she continued to insist on selling the property through a probate that we didn't want. This probate was only one property my parents did not have a will or trust in their lives, nor was they in debt to the estate.  

2 Years have passed, and the heritage is still under inspection.  When I started contacting another lawyer, it was likely that I could only pay 10% of the fees assigned by the court, so no one wanted to take over the case.  

I had lost hope until I came into contact with Mary Mayo.  She took a long time to listen to me, but the other lawyers have been nearly two years, so they are immediately turned down and they don't receive any reward.  I started sharing my stressful experiences with her and with my current lawyer. All I want is to close the probe and transfer the title with my name and the name of my brother.  Mary Mayo was surprised that the prosecutor had taken such a long time.  She was very kind.  She understood that I was being pushed into a terrible situation and could receive the case for free if necessary.  A few days later my lawyer handed over the case to Mary Mayo,  The former lawyer charges 90% and Mary Mayo leaves only 10% of the probate fee.  I felt this was totally unfair.  I told Mary Mayo that if they decided how to distribute the fees, they would like to attend the trial.  I wanted to explain to the court that for two or eighteen months, lawyers were stuck and tried to control me to sell my house through probate rather than going home to the children's house.  I believe that if the court hears what I say, it will give Mary Mayo a fair share of the costs of the probate.  Mary Mayo said that her goal was to return the title to the children sooner or later.  If the previous lawyer tries to fight 90% of people, it may further delay the process of closing the probe.  Then I remembered my first conversation. "It's free to take over, and the purpose is to bring my parents home."  

Four months after Mary Mayo took over, the probe was completed and I and my brother were assigned ownership.   My previous lawyer was paid about $13,500 by the court for wasting 18 months of time  Mary Mayo received only about $1,500 from the court, but without her efforts, my parents' house would still be promising.  

I worked with Mary Maillo, so I changed my mind to the general view of lawyers.  Some lawyers have the most desire of their customers and love them sincerely.

Terry was so great that I had my real estate deal done at an affordable price and gave him great advice.  I can't thank him any more than make a very positive review of my experience.  He made a deal with his lawyer and came to a very satisfactory conclusion.  It's strange to call a lawyer, but I always want to give credit, and I don't know any other way.

First of all, I was surprised at the trial avoidance and difficulty of a life trust company in San Francisco.  I found a Mayo amplifier. Mayo passed the San Francisco Bar Association and was delighted to receive a call from Mary Mayo the following day.

After my father died, who had no will, no trust, and only a small business with a debt, I consulted with Sanyo Office to ask if he had the family estate, and I took the first advice.
Mary was kind and spent half an hour asking if she needed to see her.  The discussion was hard and encouraged to think of ideas to protect mothers and property.

When I needed a lawyer to learn from my father's legacy last fall, I was very happy to find Mary Mayo.  Needless to say, no one wanted to be examined, and when I found it necessary to complete a simple will by legal means I was completely confused.
