If I can play six stars, I can! I found my old lawyer after he had ruined my case. I had to solve the case. Sauna is not nonsense, but very knowledgeable and sensitive. She pays respect to her peers, whether her landlord or rented a house. It's clear that we'll walk along the court hallways together. I always thought her request was fair and transparent.

I recently spoke to Shona about a very complex eviction situation, but I noticed that she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shona Matrin defended me in a frivolous peasant suit and she was great. She took the utmost care of me, and compared to other hated lawyers, the fact that too much claims and too little action was a bargain sale, the economic impact was limited and the results were relatively good. Sauna, like any other lawyer, only protects her landlord. But she doesn't play both of her claims, she just talks in her mouth. If you have SF property and need to address tenant issues, don't look anywhere and choose Shauna Matlin to fight.  When I was a landlord, I had met other lawyers in San Francisco, and I had felt that they were not fighting so hard for me.  For the first time, Shouna thought of your case as a "source of income" and felt that unlike the people who first took their own interest, she met a lawyer who had the customer first.

If you have any questions about the landlord's tenant law, Shona was a wonderful resource. I was interested in buying a house in San Francisco, and an existing resident there refused to move.  This tenant was very scared of the buyers. She hung a big sign outside the house when she fought against evictions. She had a video maker at the Open House that taped all the potential buyers.  She contacted each other that she had lived in the house for more than 21 years.  She picketed outside and asked her friends not to enter the land.  Shouna was very familiar with the law.  She was direct and did not cover the barriers and problems faced by the tenant who faced these problems in evicting them.  She answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully.  If you need a landlord's tenant attorney, you'll have to hire him.  I strongly recommend her to anyone who needs a wise, wise and competent lawyer.

I like to see through myself. Shona found me wrong. I was sure that I found a suitable lawyer. But I met someone who didn't know the law  I spoke to me when I was pulling out the information I had learned from talking to another lawyer. After all, I dismissed her, found a suitable lawyer, and arranged my tenant's problem in a little sixty days of her cost. After months of worrying expectations, I have called the law firm, the lease board, and the police many times. Matrin associates!

As the owner of the problem's side-resident, I got the information that was out of line with him and was hated by the side-resident and the director. All the lawyers I spoke had some other language.

Shuna continued to listen to me. She asked me a question until I knew the nuances that I was putting.
I soon found out, "This is my side! !!!!terrible! !! Thank you! !"

It was very uncomfortable to not know how bad it would be.

I first met Shauna in the 1990s. We were young lawyers working in a very hostile situation outside the Bay Area. For many years I have borrowed her expertise. In the field of this rapidly changing landowners and tenant farmers, I have trusted her expertise. I have always recommended Schuna to my friends because I believe in her keen insight, the pointless approach, and the vast knowledge of "real" work. Shauna is one of the wisest lawyers I know, and from my experience, she is one of the most strategic and knowledgeable supporters I have ever met.

She saved my life in the process of moving my owner.  I called her on the basis of Yelp's review, as well as other people on Yelp, and then called her several times with other lawyers before first calling.  She is not altogether ridiculous, but here in science fiction she knows the law of the stupid "tenant".  

First of all, those who knew about the owner's move.  I should have done so, but I didn't.  After two or three years with my sick sister, I just want to go back to my apartment.  When I moved to science fiction, I was shocked to find all the necessary things to get my apartment tenant out.  Once a month, I quickly found that the lease was really meaningless.  The holiday notice in the lease agreement has no meaning.  And the biggest effect was that I had to fool myself to get out.  Transfer fee? Over $5,000...... Are you kidding me? ... Monthly lease contract? My apartment?  It's ridiculous!  Needless to say, I have never raised the rent of a tenant (not a rent-management apartment), so it's quite another story because he was much below the market and completely destroyed my house. My shame..

Anyway, the paragraph above summarizes my really horrible feelings about this problem.  Without a sauna, it is difficult to know what happened. Because I just want to stop being greedy and just put out the F and just want to shout at him.  

The Shouna was not forced to focus on my work, to tell the truth when I was talking about it, whether I was too lazy (I certainly sometimes), whether I should be more assertive, and what I need. Sauna is a remarkable presence and the most sensitive lawyer.

We have wasted time by contacting three other law firms that are not welcome to return phone calls with services or fees.

Matlin & Associates did not specialize in science fiction tenant law, so they were introduced by another law firm based in Silicon Valley.

This is the best introduction I received.

I have been on my first phone almost six months ago, and I have a lot of knowledge, and still do not change.

I specifically contacted them on the basis of other reviews about Sauna.  Like other reviewers, I basically contacted another lawyer who was not useful.  I found Shona, whom I could not believe from the beginning.   She answered all my questions and knew at once what to do.  She keeps her promise, is honest and answers quickly.  She is also a straight shooter, very knowledgeable.  If I could raise more stars, I would do so.

The first time I experienced the evictions in San Francisco was a terrible (time-consuming, irritating, stressful, expensive) experience until I found Shauna Matlin.  I was five months old, and I was supposed to be in less than six weeks.  The lawyer I employed had filed several demands for judgment, consideration, and continuation, but in my place there was no chance and no sense.  Something went wrong, so I had to go to San Francisco to buy a new lawyer.  

Before choosing Shouna Matrin, I spoke to my lawyer.  In her first telephone conversation, she reviewed my case information from the San Francisco Court website and better evaluated what was going on and why I didn't win anything.  Shouna gave me a detailed explanation of the current problem and what she could and could not do.  Our story was clear that she knew how to evacuate San Francisco, she knew the requirements to accept evictions, and she was familiar with running the system.

Sauna had just finished my lawsuit against my sub-tenant and he refused to pay rent and refused to leave. I am willing to report  The sub-tenant is no longer in my room. He had just bought a property in San Francisco and was seeking legal advice on science fiction rental laws and property management. Shouna is wonderful.  I've never met her in person, but it didn't come into her power!  

You have fallen into a bad situation with a nightmare tenant.  I talked with my lawyer (more than eight people) and looked into my options.  Sauna was knowledgeable, patient, and the most important thing in answering my questions was being friendly.  Before I decide to go with her!  Many other lawyers didn't let me explain the situation until I received the check.

Shuna immediately prepared the necessary documents, kept costs down and answered millions of questions.  She was friendly and helpful, so I felt comfortable asking her for help and asking for advice throughout the process.  I think I went with another lawyer. After I've heard all the burning questions I've had, I've either borrowed some money or I've been on my way to having a heart attack from stress that I can't ask.  Besides, I was quite mad;  This is the origin of the habit of Shauna.  I then wrote an email to her explaining everything I'm worried about, and within a few hours, if it's not a few minutes, she'll answer.  It doesn't matter whether it's 10 on Tuesday morning or 7 on Saturday night on weekends. The whole process is very unbearable because you get the answers quickly.  She is as cool as a cucumber that has helped her to calm down.

I read most of the above critique, but all but one was favorable. I think that the review had been made by mistake and that person was trying to stop the call again. I can't imagine Shona talking to anyone on the worst day. She was always polite to me. We want to be polite, knowledgeable, and free to provide information, even if we don't have money. I felt sorry for not paying very valuable information and I sent her out voluntarily. I have owned a rental property in this city for more than 30 years. I have dealt with my marginal attorneys and the incompetent lawyers to the right, in such cases, to correct their mistakes, and more bad advice than I should pay. I saved a lot of money according to her advice. The rent control method is very shrewd. It is easy to make a mistake. It is very valuable to have lawyers that provide safety nets and good advice, just without interest in charging for billable hours. There was a tenant that would be the last of the original  Two tenants He didn't want to leave, but he wanted to add more tenants than the two to actually live without paying rent.
