After five months of going to the renter union, receiving a threatening letter and receiving a three-day notice of eviction, I decided to call a lawyer. I had to choose a lawyer, as if it would not be hard work alone. I went to the rentals, and Marilyn Karman was a real estate lawyer with a high record. I went to her office and she calmed me down right away. After she answered some questions, she simplified everything and gave me some options. A week later, she called. Her diligence and fighting in my place helped my landlord to make a "mistake". It was so early and without pain. She gave me what I needed right away. Marilyn is a good lawyer with a perfect pillow! If there is any problem with the landlord, I strongly recommend her.

In the process of eviction, the owner was moved, and the labor was saved as much as possible and rationalized. Ultimately, we were able to secure a refund that significantly exceeded the SF's minimum payment, and to help new owners to secure the amount that they wanted to refund at the beginning. Her help was very valuable, including provisions in contracts I never expected. Moving is never easy, evictions are the worst, but Mo's professionalism, friendship and efficiency made a big difference in difficult times. I recommend her service to all lessors.
