I was in a really bad situation of three felonies. I was arrested and while I was in prison, my family hired Marcia Silver on the advice of a friend. I paid a fixed price of $15,000 that would cover everything from A to Z—  So in the first case, they went for free.

I was arrested and imprisoned in November 2010. I was paid the bail 21 days after Marcia reduced the bail of $100,000 to $40,000.

As soon as I was free, I had a meeting with Marcia at her office. You should have noticed how poorly her papers were organized at that time.
She said that the investigator needs to add $3,000. If you score, you'll already get $18,000 down.

She began to work on my case. Every time I met her, she said that she needed to look up her notebook. (Why before we meet? !?) I didn't think she really did it. I don't know if personal things are happening in her life, and frankly I don't care. In my opinion, I didn't think she was a professional.

The greatest shock came just before the preliminary. She told me that I needed to start over the contract, and even for $7,500 she would represent me. (????????).

Marcia saves life! I was arrested for violent minor offenses, imprisoned in a county prison, released on bail, and asked to go to court the following week. I couldn't fully understand the whole system and went crazy, and the best case was probation or simple judgment.

The lawyer, knowing that I am the victim of a criminal case, seems to think it is a good idea to testify at the hearing of a temporary restraining order.  The OPC undermines the confidence of the suspect in my criminal case. In my hearing of temporary restraining orders, the defendant offered to answer, but since I was not asked to answer, the judge suggested that the hearing was postponed on another day before the procedure. But this terrible lawyer did not tell me that the defendant had answered and had gone through a stupid hearing! If I had known that the defendant had answered, I would not have been subjected to a foolish hearing. However, the lawyer knew that the defendant had asked for an answer, so he didn't ask me if he wanted to postpone it  The Hearing She urged the defendant to answer, essentially prompting me to cross-check on the OPC, and encouraged me to testify. Marcia Silver is a lifesaver! This spring, I was arrested twice and DA charged me with two minor crimes and two violations. I did not contact my lawyer until nearly two months after the DA office filed the complaint. Mr. Silver said that he should have contacted him early because he often had his complaint withdrawn before the case was filed.  I was kicking myself up because I didn't ask for her help. I don't want her to save her life. I don't know what she is saying. The biggest mistake was to hire her for what I didn't need.
