I was called Ed Coprowitz by another lawyer in San Francisco, and I worked as a business lawyer for my sick friend in the last stage with a great financial interest in LLC. Ed listens to his customers and gives clear advice. In my impression, I think he is good at evaluating people. He is as firm as he needs, but he is also a very considerate person. He was free when necessary. His fees are the same as the law firm in San Francisco, another business district. I strongly recommend him.

We (my husband and I) don't want to use their services again, but we've used their services again for anyone but Ed Coprowitz. Give me the best lawyer I've ever known, and show me how to do it. He was strongly recommended by other lawyers and did a wonderful job in both cases. I truly know that he has our back, and I feel at ease. Yes, of course it's not cheap. Lawyers don't come cheap, good lawyers don't come cheap. But you get the value of a penny you've paid up to now. He doesn't regret a bit. I love my lawyer, but I don't think I need it again. But if so, we know we have the best.

And, as regards the office, I don't have the experience of the previous poster. They reacted immediately at once (and, yes, expensive, time consuming things are spent).

Don't regret this!

The worst legal experience I have ever experienced. My only contact with my lawyer was by snail mail after the first meeting. What I asked was not done. When I asked for both the answering machine and the email, I got no reply. I sent a letter of service termination but I didn't get a reply. When I asked them for W-9, the secretary would not have been so rude. It's $700.
