Scott is a biker, so I can tell.

I had a minor bicycle accident, and the driver was not overinsured, or was out of work, and had trouble beyond necessity. If I hadn't been dealing with school or PTSD, I would have done it myself. I contacted the law office before I knew about the bicycle defender and they refused to take up my case.  When Scott nearly fainted, I almost went mad. He took care of everything and went out of his way to help me. I didn't have much money in this case.

When I rode my bicycle on a bicycle in the market street, I was attracted by a drunk driver. I don't think it's necessary to help the lawyer, but I think it's good then. Scott is as good as coming. I was in a small situation on my bicycle - so small that I thought no lawyer would like to take it on. He not only accepted it, but he also took great care of me with his learned and quick response. I'm working with Scott on the case that a car driver met me.  

Scott is an ordinary man.  He and his wife both ride a bicycle.  Scott is keen on riding a bicycle because many people don't have any insurance for the bicycle accident. And, in the end, it can be very difficult.  He's the exact opposite of those who call the oiled lawyer's ambulance in the daytime TV ad space.

Scott's true story!  I was cut off by a car driver, and as a result, I hit another car.  He helped me with a settlement that helped me by interpreting the police report and negotiating with insurance companies.  Working with someone who protects the bike list outside is very refreshing!
