In my first meeting with Joseph, I was very motivated and completely overturned my expectations about how helpful my co-lawyers were. Mr. Joseph was very knowledgeable and able to discuss at a clear level and directly address related issues.
I have taken action on both sides of the property contract issue and thoroughly advised my situation and choice to take a step closer to my action.
I have gained confidence in my strength and in the fact that all relevant details have been covered.
I am willing to recommend him, and if necessary in this case I will continue my advice with Joseph.

Wow~!Repela is very dynamic. I went to him on the issue of a partnership for real estate trading. He really knows his stuff! He was patient and took time to talk to me through various options and scenarios. I'm not good at complicated deals, so he gave me advice to get rid of it in words I could understand and clarify the right behavior. In addition, he was able to enter and mediate the discussion and we are still working on the details, but he puts us in a place where we can agree. Joseph was very learned, talker, and very generous in price. He was also efficient...It helped me to get to the heart of the problem right away. I was disappointed with him only once. I was asking his lawyer about a transgender customer problem, but he told me about that student who was uncomfortable with me, and he accused his customer of using the pronoun "they". I think such narrow-minded behavior is different from professional. Joseph's achievement was naturally starting to use the appropriate pronoun when he explained why the trance people sometimes wanted to use it, and when he said that I thought it would be respected and supported. So I want to give him a A of effort, learn more about how to respect and support people who are different from the cultural norms. The lawyer stood up, warm, supportive, and considerate.

Joseph and his team were really amazing! They were experts, knowledgeable and rich in personality. The first consultation with Joseph, which was more than understanding, patience, and sympathy for my case, was entirely over the phone (I live in San Jose). He and his team just talked to each other twice and they got my case. Joseph discussed exactly what would happen next and what would happen. He prepared everything I needed and what I expected in a particular case. There was no unexpected surprise. Nothing remained untouched on the table, so to speak. Joseph was sure that we had taken up every aspect of my case. Throughout the process, I felt that Joseph and his team had a wonderful hand. His team is wonderful in itself. Patrick and Lynn made a miracle! They were very supportive and kind to me as needed. They answered all my questions and were there to help me as much as possible. I didn't want to deal with a better law firm and basically do everything. As a result, I was able to reduce a lot of my stress, free up time, and live my father's daily life behind me without thinking about my case. Joseph and his great team are recommended to anyone who needs a great lawyer. In a word: Wow. Recently, I was "released" from my job. It's a good way to say it. In fact, I was under "unreasonable dismissal", but when I was released, I felt powerless and scared because I was expected to get a job at a large company. Great! I was called Joseph by the San Francisco Bar Association and helped solve the legal problems of the estate. When I was told by Joseph, I had already spoken to two lawyers, but they didn't have confidence in me. Mr. Lapella exceeded my expectations and gave me solid advice. He took time to get through the problem with me and taught me how to proceed. After all, I felt like I had a tool to solve this situation and left the meeting. My legal situation was very complicated and Mr. Lapella was the only lawyer with the skills and knowledge to work on it. Besides, he is very friendly, easy to talk and intelligent. I couldn't recommend him any more.
