I received a green card on June 14. From the day we submitted the application, to the day we arrived, it was just three months, as Randall and his team promised! In my case, it's quite straightforward, but like 864, there's still something we care about. When I thought USCIS and others would tell me what was going on, what was going to happen, I was even more surprised to find out that Randel was familiar with the officers of SF USCIS office, and who was good and who was sweating. They handled everything well and left me in the dark. The transparency and professionalism I experienced with the team was incredible. All the procedures were not only painful but also fun.

I strongly recommend the Random Codor which deals with your immigration cases. I tried DIY, but I tried to find myself in panic by reading the explanations, advice and incidents that others shared on several on line forums. It's easy to fill out the form, but you don't know if it's available enough. To avoid confusion, you should first find the right person. Especially when negotiations with the Immigration Bureau are necessary.

The worst experience with a professional in the US

First, when I appeared in his office, his assistant said he was not in his office. After I said I wanted to talk about Randall and an investor visa, he said, "Hey, I'm random!" (Ridiculous!) After waiting for

35 minutes, he first asked my passport to take a copy. Then he began to ask a lot of stupid personal questions like what I was riding and what I had in my sleeping place that night... (Incredible) and finally I was asked about my job.

But the worst thing is that 20 minutes after that unpleasant meeting, he gave me...he said. - "I don't deal with Investment Visa, but I recommend other people! "-

I didn't believe it! The first thing I said was that I applied for E2, and after an hour of wasting, I was not working on such a visa.

Finally, I would like you to return my passport and my copy to finish this terrible encounter. "No, I'll keep a copy of my passport because I need to track my customers." Then I got really angry with him and he finally returned the copy.

Then I visited another lawyer company, all of which were professionals I could expect when I visited my lawyer. I worked with Baker&McKenzey and got E2.

However, this screening has been delayed for a long time, but the recent ban on immigration did not mean that it was important. Randel and his team were very capable of working together, and they were positive and wonderful!  It is highly recommended for those who need immigration lawyers.

Because Randall charged us a uniform fee, I wanted to shorten the meeting and minimize the time to spend with us.  This is far from true.  On the contrary, Randall listened to our questions and was always very patient when addressing them (and believed me and had a long list!).  Even if you ask additional questions via email, Randall or someone on his team will answer with very timely information.

We carried out the US citizenship process with this law firm.
The first consultation was successful with Randall. And when I decided to take advantage of their services, I was appointed Neda Brazar.
What I like -
- Their office is the Silicon Valley start-up Bibe. There was no firm firm with marble and glass, no firm with dull, fashionable lawyers.
- Their rates are decent. I called the law firm of both science fiction and the peninsula. They were larger than the average, lower than many large companies
and very good follow-up. We were able to respond quickly in 12-24 hours, email or phone. The US citizenship process can proceed smoothly or conflict. The bumps require a quick response within a few weeks, and can be stressful for applicants. So it is good to have a sensitive lawyer on your side.
- They seem to be familiar with the science fiction interview process and interviewers. Neda accompanied the applicant, but very relieved. If you have any questions after the interview with
-USCIS, they will help you.

Not a big problem.
- After the first consultation, I thought that I would work with Random, but he would  Busy, we were asked to work with Neda. She's a wonderful person, but I wish I could've been able to build up my hopes of getting a job with a lawyer from another company. We came here, not on the company, but on the basis of Yelp's review of Randall. Please clarify before registering.
- Non-Randal lawyers have little experience in immigration and civil law in the US (as if they were working with him if necessary)
-USCIS asked for a couple of follow-ups on this matter. For most people, I had to do a lot of work to prepare the documents. Neda and the team advised the types of information I would like to include in the answer and polished it up before sending it to USCIS, but they did not ask for the information to answer directly, but only work on something close to the final answer I created. I don't know what this is all about, but I was expecting to take on more responsibility and actual work when I think about what I paid for USCIS's demands. So you're ready to spend more time on things, and make sure you know what you need to do in advance.

Overall, this is a good experience and recommended to friends (including the above note).

When my husband and I decided to get married last September, what we were most afraid of was immigration like a highway to hell. Every time we hear about immigrants, our hopes go down. At first, he hated to hire expensive lawyers, but it would be good to hire a lawyer worth a penny. We started free consultation, signing, payment of fixed rates and immigration procedures. Most people don't know, so it's not a success. The Immigration Bureau does not allow you to leave the country without preliminary release while you are processing the documents. My mother got sick and I had to leave America. It's been a week since we sent our documents to the Immigration Bureau, so they may not have reviewed them yet. Submission and Documentation:  Most of the information on the item was submitted through the on line form system and was very helpful. All the documents that were created were organized (even if they were color-coded), and all the documents were rechecked before they were finally submitted.

It is wonderful for us that this lawyer is still practicing. I-601 has collaborated with Randall and its team for over four years on the I-601 process. Three weeks before the interview in Mexico, I-601 had to sue and win against the contract.

 It was closed twice for four years and was not ready, so we had to postpone the schedule.

I-601 exemptions are not a simple task and I don't recommend working with this team so much. Their strongest advice was to say that even in the court's defense, wait until the legal process changes.

The new lawyer, Mryna Alvarez, finished the suit within a year, including the time spent in Mexico.  It is cheaper than a cord-entering pipe.

If you want to lose your place with this lawyer, perhaps where is he? Despite the waste of time, the Córdor Immigration is not a group that has prepared I-601, and it's great that no one recommends working with them on this important point.

What I mean is that Randall is the most professional and honest immigration lawyer.  I used Yelp and other web review pages before Randall.  It was a waste of time sitting in the law firm my cousin recommended.  Another law firm called me back, but treated me like a "number".

Randall took care of my wife's green card without any trouble. We found a highly recommended lawyer from his site, but the incompetence spent the money to not finish the job, the most important thing was the cost of my lost valuable time for a year. I was applying for a working visa last year, but I asked Yelp for an examination. I called several lawyers (from Yelp), but no one cooperated like Randall. After the first conversation, I found a lawyer. He is knowledgeable and experienced, always up to date on current immigration issues, confident, optimistic, and reliable. He's working with a great crew! In personality, Randall is calm on the earth, flexible and always available...He is a person who really cares not only about the immigration situation but also about his client. He called me back because I kept in touch with him by email after my visa was confirmed. For me, it is not available to an ordinary lawyer.

It was wonderful to work with Randall and his team.  They were very kind, easy to talk and useful.  They made sure that all our documents were in place, guided the immigration procedures, and confirmed that they had successfully obtained the visa approval.  The way the US government handles it may be a bit overwhelming, but Randel and his team reassured us.

We can't recommend a random team enough. Randall helped us move from TN status (Canadian) to green card based on marriage. I spoke to both Reno (where I live) and San Francisco lawyers about my case, and they all gave me different contradictory advice. The lawyer I spoke about previously suggested that you don't know anything about the transition from TN card to green card (there is a problem with someone with TN status not having "intent of migrants") or buy a green card at the consulate.

After talking to Randall on the phone for 10 minutes, I understood the details of my case and convinced that he was the man I wanted to hire. I wasn't disappointed. He and his staff were able to work easily, went to Reno to go to the immigration interview, and I was given a green card in less than 2.5 months after I entered the country.

What's wrong with this guy? Nothing at all. He was wonderful from the first day. I've never helped you find something with the Yelp review, but in this case, I made a big decision with a chance! He stood on top of my husband and my case and did things quickly and accurately for us. He knows everything about immigration laws and we are not satisfied with his services. He exceeded our expectations and we were very moved from the first day. We looked around at various prices and experiences and were not comparable. I'd recommend it to anyone!

I was wary when I first found Randall in Elp here. I didn't know the person who used to hire him. I caught the chance and called for advice to just check him. I was ready to meet another lawyer and choose one. Well, I did. I chose Randall. The staff and Randall made a husband, and I soon got very calm. Everyone in this company is not only very kind, but also very considerate. They always phone and email early (even on weekends). Shortly after I met Randel, I said he knew his stuff! My new wife and I first discovered Randall, here in Elip with a high reputation. Paperwork  is completed in a few minutes & is processed correctly, and the request is approved very quickly among the applications that RFE has made in the past few years.
