I strongly recommend her because I have used Fei Lee for two deals.
My husband and I are both lawyers, but not real estate lawyers. So we hired Fei Lee and brought out our real estate papers.
Recently, I've used her to earn trust for my old friends. Fay made it as easy as possible for us. Without that help, I don't know if I could have set up real estate as my friend wanted.
Her rates are very affordable.

I called this law firm today and asked questions. A GENTLEMAN told me to wait, wait, wait, wait, put on hold. Another gentle-voiced gentleman replied, Before I finished my question, he asked my name. I gave him my full name. Then my father said that he had put his trust in him. He died more than a month ago. I'm trying to sell real estate now, so do I need a new tax ID or what do I do? He told me to look at the book and see what it said. Do as the book says. I asked you again, do you need a new tax ID? It would be helpful if he brought me a book that said something. However, a $150 consultation fee will be charged. When I told Fay, if I needed to start over again, there was no charge. He said that there must be some mistake in the opinion. There is always a charge. If you call here and there, you will find nothing for nothing. "Do you think you live in a free world?" "You're full of judy," "Go!"
He hung up on me.

I returned to FOR FREE within six months in 2016, just after my mother died.

Fei Lee was strongly recommended to us by several people. My husband and I had to make a real estate plan two or three months ago and work on that document. At today's meeting, we asked some questions and looked them up with Fei. She is kind-hearted and wants to give back to the community. We have to do some more homework, and we'll meet her again and put together the papers. She is very knowledgeable and pays well. We never fail to recommend her to anyone.

Faye Lee Bresler was introduced in 2011 to Carl Wong, a NY life insurance company. Peter Blessler is Faye's husband, and thanks to Faye, I was only able to introduce Faye and publish trust. In short, my father had two possessions, one trusted, and the other untrusted. Later on he was able to appeal to the court and regain his trust, but he never spoke for himself. Also, since I became the administrator of the probate, the court has not stated that I have given the authority to sell the probate property without submitting it to the court. Peter also got a salary of over 14k, so he told me to find another lawyer. I have too many questions and I'm beginning to doubt. but he soon changed it, and said it would be left as his client. After all, he found that he was unfit for credit and probate, so he had to switch to another lawyer to raise it, and finish the probate without paying an extra fee.

Founded in 2007 by Faye Lee, Living Trust was satisfied with her service and professionalism. The cost was very reasonable and I explained everything in detail. I hate a passionate lawyer and I've never met a lawyer I like, but Faye Lee is my only exception. However, the address in Yelp remains on Post Street. The building was demolished for the hospital and the new office is in Daniel Burnham Ct #270C.
