2013. Atty Shamieh, Atty Mandip & I'll thank you a lot. I'm the staff who will see me off to the end. My case was complicated and I consulted a lawyer who could not recommend a solution to my case. However, with his extensive experience and knowledge of immigration law, he was able to manipulate me and realized that my wish was not realized.

I don't recommend a place that is too big! There is no help at all. I've been waiting for my husband to take a green card for seven years now, but I haven't got any answers to that. I feel like I don't pay the necessary attention to my case. I am suffering every day knowing that I may have to go home someday.

I've been introducing and doing both cases to Elias and Shamy and to the law firm in Terniden for many years.   I enjoyed working relations and found that immigration laws and tax issues were often exchanged.  We found a way to align these interrelated issues with customer benefits.  

Recently, when Elias and his team Tatianna and lawyer Ana Olmos helped one of my employees get an H1b visa, we had the opportunity to experience Elias's representation more directly.  Their representatives showed that they knew much about the Immigration Law and what is necessary for employers' visas.   I noticed that they were very professional, timely and thorough in their requests for information, and taking care of their employees.   In addition, the final products were organized, beautifully written, their exhibits were identified (and helped us to determine them), and the exhibits seemed to have tightened the application in a way that the government had to accept.

The critic did not give a fair comment. The website consulted for free, but it was a misprint by the author of the website. If she had given the law firm the opportunity to correct these mistakes rather than to write poor reviews, I would have had the opportunity to experience a good lawyer who had helped me in my case. Over the past 20 years, Shamy has helped many people in his family by gaining US citizenship. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. We have gained experience with several lawyers in this office and are very satisfied. Her husband is being harassed for identity theft and is being sued by a truly corrupt company in New York City. (Northern Lease System...We contacted Mr. Shamy and introduced him to his assistant lawyer Anne Barroom in his office, who felt most knowledgeable about this kind of thing.  She is absolutely wonderful.  She helped us fully understand the rights of our husband and the costs of the fight against the incident.  In principle, my husband is only 2,000 dollars and I want to keep the company from making the default decisions. Mrs. Barhaum spoke on the phone with a court clerk in New York to help her husband come up with a way to express herself without going to New York, which would cost him more than the sum he was sued.  She was happy to pay her an hour (she actually spent more time than we did) and she was confident that her advice would lead to the dissolution of the incident.  It was not clear how to do this, but Mrs. Barham was a Savior.  She also helped us find out which government agencies are complaining about the company and how to do it. After handling this company for more than three years, the light finally shines into the tunnel. By the way, if Shamy had not helped my husband to become a citizen 20 years ago, I might not have seen him. Thank you!
