This lawyer is neither professional nor polite. Don't waste her time on the first phone. She is not troubled.

I called MCW to get advice on difficult problems with my landlord. To my surprise, she answered the phone that was actually on the line, but still, it was rude.  The telephone lasted about a minute in total. She heard my name, someone introduced me, and there was someone with her who did a great job. She told me that she was busy in court that week and might get in touch with me on the weekend or early next week. I said I understood. Asked if I had a three-day eviction letter, I said that I was now under the last threat of taking only one time. I'm really happy to wait a week or two.  And I said, "I'll send a schedule to make a convenient time for consultation." But all I went out was "I'll send you". She hung up without saying goodbye, and I thought now, five weeks after, no answer or no answer came to her.  I sent her a schedule on her webpage, and asked her to set the time for two weeks from next week, looking forward to seeing her.  Two weeks later, I left a voice message to her, sent a follow-up email on her website, sent a connection request on LinkedIn, and last week sent a follow-up voice mail.  

I am also an expert who has long worked in court and is qualified to respond to work.  Frankly speaking, I am amazed how wonderful this lawyer was.  When a client or client is greeted with a curse, an insolent manner, hangs up the phone, or is unwilling to hire or disliked, and does not reply to any other expert, undoubtedly, to the court, to the judge, or to any other lawyer.
