His first contact with Fei Lee was nearly 20 years before his father died. He and his mother were trusted by another lawyer, and when his father passed, there was a problem to be solved. I was ready to make my living trust, so I met Faye and my wife for the first time. She liked personalities, shared interesting stories and gave us sound advice. I gave him my full name. Then my father said that he had put his trust in him. He died more than a month ago. I'm trying to sell real estate now, so do I need a new tax ID or what do I do? He told me to look at the book and see what it said. Do as the book says. I asked you again, do you need a new tax ID? It would be helpful if he brought me a book that said something. However, a $150 consultation fee will be charged. When I told Fay, if I needed to start over again, there was no charge. He said that there must be some mistake in the opinion. I used this law firm when my father died in 2010. There were two assets. One was trusted, the other was not. I have continued to learn that Peter Blessler can charge the court and ask to transfer his property to a trust to save the prosecution expenses. But he never spoke, so he went on in the court of Probate. Peter later said that it would be best to sell the probed property at the probate court, but he did not say that he gave full authority to the probate administrator without the approval of the court. We will benefit Lee and Brescler's law firm and raise costs against all these unethical practices. It is not difficult to understand that they sent an introduction letter to other experts. I was introduced under the name of Carl Wong, a life insurance agent in New York. So don't believe this villain, check back regularly and see if my review continues.

Fei Lee, the first lawyer he met when he went out to try his mother's lawyer, wanted to add a new clause to his mother's existing trust. We didn't have a good experience with her. I didn't like the open living room office space. The customer following us is listening to our conversation, everyone and mother...In fact, we talked to Faye's mother, but she had talked to Faye's mother since she sat in the living room. It was a non-working job... And Fay spoke so fast that my mother could hardly understand what she was talking about. She was not patient either.
I was very disappointed.

I built my trust in life with Fei Lee and was very satisfied with her. Other real estate lawyers charged $4,000 to $5,000 to prepare a ridiculous document to cut and paste from Word templates. She was helpful because she could meet in the evening and on weekends. If you want to pay from $4,000 to $5,000 to drink high tea at the lawyer's office and hand-hold when you make the documents, she's not suitable for you. Fay is a lawyer if you want to do things efficiently without dancing too much singing and dancing.
Her brother, who is helping her in the company, is a very interesting personality...I'll leave it there.

Using Fay, I built my mother's trust in life. Read the Alicea W review. She has eyes. Fay is wonderful with patience, time and honesty. I wish my lawyer would be like her. She spent time explaining everything to her mother and followed up my questions on time. She's doing this job for people and I feel like it's not for that shiny Porsche in the showroom. Faye is a thrilling lawyer and offers excellent service at a very affordable price. She set aside about $1,000 of living trust. She interviewed us and answered all the questions about our property, including a free group seminar and a private consultation with Mr. Fei. It also included legal documents and notarized services. Basically, it was all about.
The most impressive thing was when I contacted her a few years after I gained confidence from the request for a certificate exchange and real estate legal advice. A few days after I had prepared all the legal documents I had requested, I decided not to make any changes to the certificate as the situation changed. I asked her what I owe to the work she has already completed, and she called me back and said she would not charge anything. It was the happiest surprise I heard from my lawyer. Most lawyers will start charging you before giving you time.

Ten years ago, a lot of friends told me that Fei Lee was a good-hearted lawyer. After that, I visited Fei, hoping to build a trust in my life apart from my husband.

This post has expired for a long time...... We talked with Fei Lee several times before we took her in and regained the confidence to live. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never hurried to get us to work.
I answered his questions free of charge through my father's living trust (which was prepared by another lawyer several years ago). She agreed to do it for free before we became her customer. I think that she will visit her house when her client comes home. She also meets customers on most Saturdays.
Lee is fluent in Chinese. From talking to her, I think she is kind and really trying to help people.

We came here on the recommendation of a friend. The appropriate price for making a trust or will. First tip: When I called I especially asked if Fay (or someone else) could speak Mandarin. The man answered with confidence. Yes, Fei can speak Mandarin. When we show up, Fay speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. a completely different dialect When she told her mother how she wanted her property to be shared, Fay began to say that it was a bad idea, and she thought so. (I think lawyers do, but usually take into account the needs of customers.) The language barrier didn't happen. Third, when my mother received the papers, she noticed that the spelling of the name was wrong. In order to make the changes, the entire document had to be retransferred. Fourth, more importantly, after not receiving the completed documents. I called four out of five, left my voice mail, and no one called me back. It's been two months and nearly three months! At last, the telephone came back. Fay's assistant said he would forward the rest of the documents and apologized half-heartedly for the delay. I was willing to pay between $4,000 and $5,000 for more efficient services and companies with sufficient care to call the customer back.

After my father died, we tried to go to Fei's office many times and asked questions about real estate. The answering machine didn't come back. This is completely out of my field. After our parents have passed away, we are still in our hearts, and we are still in sorrow when we are children. We have no sympathy or condolences from our lawyers. In fact, they reminded us that we are lucky to be there! They also said that if there was a problem with the property, they would have to find their lawyer. When a family loses a loved one, no compassion or professionalism can be found in this office. There are many real estate lawyers. Please find another one.
