I hired Mr. Scancarelli to help me buy up an apartment in San Francisco.  He was a good man and was clearly familiar with the standard contents of sci-fi real estate transactions.  I was a little disappointed that he didn't have the latest purchase agreement that we proposed and that he didn't have an electronic copy.  So if you want to make changes, you can either rewrite everything or erase the old text and rewrite the new text first.  If I could type and print, I think the offer looked good.  They also have a high hourly pay, always taking into account the time they spend in email replies and "research" and are careful about their accounts and bills.  Since the charge reached $2,000, I paid the bill and then decided to end the transaction myself.

They specialize in the real estate act.  Jerod Hendrickson handles the cases of landlords and tenant farmers, and Larry Scancarelli handles cases other than L-T.

I have caused an unpleasant property dispute with my old best friend.  He wanted me to buy him, and if he didn't, he wanted me to sell him the property.  Needless to say, I didn't have a million dollar spare in the bank, so I decided to sell the property.   However, I was very satisfied with the results of the final agreement on mediation and settlement.  And I felt that I spent a lot of money to go there.  I'm saying something now!

Larry and Jelod are completely friendly and very friendly men.  Both are the least pretentious lawyers I have ever met (shocking lawyers).  In fact, they are trying to solve the situation as much as possible to minimize the costs of costly and costly litigation.  I'm glad I didn't take the trial. or (in every respect) completely lost.

I had a short but wonderful experience in this company.  I mainly bought property for both Mr. Scancarelli and his fellow Mr. Gerod Hendrickson and  Potential tenant/landlord issues  They are familiar with the earth, easy to contact, easy to get to the point, and I really want to find a solution without running out of the extraordinary legal fees.  and when everything was finished  They were affordable and fair.  If I need legal advice or help, I will definitely call them again.
